Not bad taste, good amount of protein, not chalky. It help me with my pancake craving. Just needed to have a little treat, but not over do it. It has 27 g of protein, you can add an egg or milk for extra protein. It's fluffy too. All you need to do is add water if you don't have eggs or milk on hand.

pros: good taste.Cons: actual protein content is 19 g, not 27 unless you had you add an egg and milk. Very expensive.

I purchased this with the intent to make low dog at high protein donuts for my kids to have for breakfast. They really need a lot of protein to feel satisfied and I’ve been testing different recipes. When I made this batter per the protein plus recipe it was very runny which I expected for a pancake batter but didn’t want to waste any so did a trial run in a small plan first. They came out fine but were kind of flat and not a ton of flavor. For the rest of the batter I added a good bit more of cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of baking powder so they would fluff a bit more. The photo is the last batch. For 2 cups of mix I got 18 donuts. Not sure if this is worth the value but they are pretty good. I typically use a regular pancake mix and add seasoning and Earth Chimo vanilla protein. I probably will try the pumpkin flavor for this protein powder and also the peach flavor for our ninja creami. Overall happy with this and how it came out and price isn’t terrible for protein.

It's awful. Texture is cardboard consistency, very dry and no buttermilk flavor. I wouldn't recommend this product.

This is the best tasting protein pancake mix I've eaten! It tastes like a real pancake, which in my experience, is hard to do with a high protein pancake mix. It's not overly dry like other mixes as well. The pancakes don't really rise, but I don't care because they taste so good. My only wish is that the mix was cheaper so that I could have them every morning!

These are some of the best gluten free pancakes/waffles I have tried. Previously I just used gluten free AP flour to make them, but these come out crisper and taste much better. The additional protein is a plus!
