Great company
The customer service at Minisfourm is unmatched to any other hardware company I've worked with. The computer is great, I use it for intense engineering workloads and it handles it well.I had some hardware issues after about 6 months of use, and after helping me troubleshoot the problem for a few days, they offered to send me a new computer to have me swap my ssd and memory into, free of charge. They are very responsive and make sure your needs are met.Because of their great customer service, I can tell they actually care about their customers. For any future computer purchase, I will be considering Minisfourm before any other company.

Worked fine for about a year then crashed frequently. I wonโt buy their junk again.

stop working after 7 months,small bit powerful, not as noisy as i expected
small bit powerful, not as noisy as i expected, it would be great if more upgrades are available.Stop working after 7 month, can not turn on normally, can hear the fan is working but it does not boot, not even able to get in BIOS.Update: after 2 weeks of communication, finally got the replacement from the manufacturer.
