Review of many 3/4 length inserts for comfort and improvement over time.
I have a lot of pain in my heel in the left foot. I desperately bought seven different pairs of shoe inserts on Amazon in an attempt to help decrease pain and heal the problem. Some pairs were very intrusive making walking nearly impossible. Other pairs were better. I am listing them in order from most uncomfortable the most comfortable and supportive. PCSsole 3/4 Orthotics, 330+ lbs Plantar Fasciitis 3/4 Length Insoles, Plantar Fasciitis 3/4 Length Insoles High Arch Supports Orthotic Insoles, Plantar Fasciitis Orthotic Shoe Insoles, QBK High Arch, Dr. Foot 3/4 Orthotics Shoe Insoles and Dr. Potter 3/4 Orthotic Insoles.I bought the 3/4 length instead of full length so I would still have plenty of space in my shoe for my toes to move around. I liked the Dr. Foot and the Dr. Potter inserts the most even though it took time to get used too. What I had trouble with in all the inserts there is a tendency for the shoe to tip when making left or right turning movements. I like to run trail trails and that would increase my chances of rolling a foot laterally causing me to fall and/or sprain an ankle. So I went back to Amazon and research more orthodontics. I came across Samurai Insoles Ninjas Plantar Fasciitis Relief Arch Support Shoe Insoles. They were purple and looked funny in the picture. I did not purchase these before because they looked flimsy to me. I bought them out of desperation. They actually slide in under your removable shoe padding (unlike the others I bought that went on top of the padding). I slid my foot into the shoe thinking this is just going to be a stupid idea, but it was far more comfortable than any of the other inserts I tried. The insert going under the foot padding actually made my foot more stable than the other inserts did. That was a plus! Then I noticed my foot did not hurt as much when I put weight on my heel. That was also a plus, but then I became concerned that it only felt better because I was not changing the pressure on my foot in a way that was going to give me the "correct" support I needed and I would in the long term just run into more problems (pun not intended). I decided to give the inserts a test. I went for a short walk and my heel was l little tender, but still much better than having no insert at all. I decided to mow my lawn. A small lawn that only took about 20 minutes. My foot actually felt better after mowing the lawn than it did before I started. Go figure? With the other inserts I would have had to sit and rest with my foot up for about an hour. Anyway, I have worn the inserts for a few days. My foot is slowly getting less and less painful. This was a relief in itself as I have had this pain in my foot for over 7 months with no sign of getting better. Hopefully, my foot well get better and I will be able to running the trails again. Right now these inserts are my best option. For that I give them 5 stars!

They work ! Not kidding
I am writing a review bc they work. I had foot pain for about 5 months ( plantar tendinitis) I am amazed ! So from the very first day for me I wore them came home from work and I work 9-10 hrs on my feet in grocery store. I never sit down , I came home the first night and my heel was alittle sore but not the throbbing deep aching pain that my husband would have to rub my foot for 30 minutes and still I lit hurt when I walked. Then the next day I came home even more less pain. Day 3 ya’ll I am telling you I came home and I was in No pain . Tired feet but NO PAIN . I do not know why but they worked and that’s y I am doing this review.

Amazing quick fix for shin splints.
I've tried several orthotics, wraps, and compression stockings to remedy shin splints - all without success - until I used these orthotics. On my first long walk with them, the pain was reduced considerably, and it kept improving daily - so much so that I ordered two more pairs to put into my casual-wear shoes, and even in my Croc-like shoes I wear around the house. My shins do not hurt anymore. For me these have been an amazing quick-fix for shin splints.

Don't expect to pop these into your shoe and go. These take time getting used to. So far, so good.
I've seen reviews of complaints about these being a hard plastic and making their feet sweat.Have you been to the Good Feet Store and seen theirs? They're also made of a durable high-density plastic AND they're to be worn under the footbed of your shoe (just like the instructions say to do with these.)Working from home for the pass 20+ years, I spend more time barefoot than wearing shoes and it's starting to take its toll on my knees, so I needed to make a change. While Good Feet's are $1500-$3500, these were $32 so I thought I'd give it a try. I've slowly started breaking these in for the last 3 days and it seems to be relieving my knee pain.I have what is called a medium arch with my feet and while the arch support in these insoles appear to not be very tall, I can feel them when I wear them & they seem to be helping.I'll give them more time to see how they continue to work or not work and will update my review if needed. For $32 it's worth to give them a try as I'd rather not spend the $1500 if I don't have to :)

I like
I love them and also like how they come with velcro to hold on place

Work well but they don’t hold up over an extended wear
They work ok. They need to be built with thicker plastic. I had a prescription pair that got wrecked that I would gladly have paid for again if I could find them again. They were$200

NOT DESIGNED TO TREAT ANY MEDICAL CONDITION - CAN CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS W/YOUR FEET
WHO IS THE PODIATRIST USED IN ADVERTISING?these iserts took my money - i ask to cancel reoccuring subscriptions and they sent them anyway and then i had to return.See a podiatrist first - i had nerve issues with my tunnel tarsal and these did absolutely nothing but hurt - if you have basic problems then the podiatrist will discover or more problems like dorsal calcanal spurs causing pain and tarsal tunnel (similar to carpal tunnel in wrist) -- these wont do anything. They will all say they arent meant to treat any medical condition - as if they as supposed to help heartburn - sasquatch is not happy about this purchase so i am letting you guys/gurls and every other label they can thin of what these dont treat - they dont treat anything except simple probems with arch and can do harm..they wont tell you they can do harm - but will tell you they dont treat anything and can do harm!!!Sasquatch out - dont get bad feet at good feet.
