These are just beautiful in reality!! I was quite surprised if I’m honest! I love them!!

I like how it looks, but there are some damaged crystal parts.

Just went to fit the light and upon unboxing discovered the darker crystal parts are damaged. There seems to be no way to request a replacement either. Disappointed with the product and probably won’t be able to use now

Lovely lights but the frame doesn't seem right the top is tilted I'm not sure if it supposed to be like that so has anyone's else like that .

My wife bought these lights for the look, but I was pretty shocked when I got them out. The base of the light is metal, but there's no place to earth, which is so dangerous. You could fashion one yourself by attaching an earth to the base but the fact the instructions were in Chinese, the live and neutral were in odd colours (white and black) and the three light sockets per light weren't even connected (three dangling pairs of cables that you'd need to connect in a block that wasn't supplied) means you should just steer clear. Ours are going straight back for a refund.
