I am glad I bought this when it was discounted almost half price on amazon - what a value for my money! But I must say, I could still get this if it wasn't. Because it is really easy to use, and you make any shape of pasta in less than 10 minutes! Auto measure is a life saver. You don't even need to keep checking how much flour/water you need to add as it measures and gives you. It looks really nice and modern on your kitchen counter. the basket to keep all heads is a great touch! One suggestion though: follow the instructions for flour and water exactly as it says. I added a little bit more water without realising and it turned into a disaster to clean up after and I wasted all the dough. So follow the instructions and you will have great tasting, healthy homemade pasta! It is also amazing that it can make cookies too :)

absolutely brilliant piece of kit. My only gripe would be that there are lots of spaghetti type attachments and only nozzle for pasta shapes (rigatoni). But very quick and easy to use - can easily knock some fresh pasta up in 10 mins so it gets used on week nights after work with no drama!

Excellent item. Very impressed with speed and function. Trust the process! The dough looks dry and crumbly which works perfect. 500g AP flour and 175ml liquid mixed in 3 mins, extruded as quick as it took for the water to boil. Do not make the dough wetter! Worked perfect without resting or drying (which may improve it even more) 15mins all in from flour to cooked Pasta. Great!

Pasta came out good but I had to use double ingredients as the scale reset after I put first part and machine didn't recognise the weight and I had to put one more portion so hopefully its just begginer mistake. And machine is massive. Pasta good :)

Well I don’t know who sent it back, but Thank you. I got £100 off.The measurement cup wasn’t in the box but it’s advertised to weigh ingredients anyway and I have glass measuring jugs, and scales.I made spinach and beetroot pasta today already.I did watch a lot of YouTube last night, so I kind of knew where I was going with different types of pasta.I am over joyed with 7000 series, the tool, the ease of use, how quick and easy it is the clean and its size is not so bad!Now I’ve made my own pasta, I can’t go back to shop bought.

We recently picked up this pasta machine to incorporate more veggies for the kids diet. The first batch of pasta made about 5 portions. You download the NutriU app for recipes and guidance on to how to use the Philips 700 pasta machine.The box included 7 pasta shape discs, scraper, measuring cup, and cleaning brushes. The middle holes were ok, but the sides made the pasta rough on the first try. The pasta making machine feels very sturdy and easy to clean with little mess made.I like how the machine automatically weighs and mixes the flour to make incredibly easy pasta. The machine doesn't take too much counter space. We purchased during prime day which was a steal.

It weighs a tonne. The dies are all plastic apart from the lasagna one which is mostly plastic with a little metal.Despite the machine costing nearly £300, it doesn't even come with an instruction manual- not even something to tell you which die is for which kind of pasta. For this kind of money, that's pretty shoddy.Customer service from Philips was poor too, and to return it I had to lug the thing to an Evri collection point.

I own a holy product which I have had since the Christmas and use at least twice a week.OPERATION It's very easy to use. You pour in flour, the machine shows how much liquid you need to add, and voila, you wait for the pasta to come out into the bowl. Instead of water, I add eggs and a bit of olive oil, sticking to the proportions suggested by the machine. Example: I pour in 300g of spelt flour and when the machine shows 120g of liquid, I pour two eggs into the measuring container, vigorously whisk them by hand and add the rest of the olive oil. It always turns out perfect.In the meantime, while the machine is mixing, I set water in the kettle and have pasta ready after three minutes of cooking. It doesn’t make the kitchen dirty while working, with no sticking and no flour scattered all over the kitchen.CLEANING I wash the parts in the dishwasher and so far, they have held up really well.I can't imagine my life without this machine, having a large pasta-loving family
