Are the inner compartments all velcro? Can they be changed around? Or is it all sewn together?

The inner compartments can be changed around, widened or removed. They're attached to each other in the center with velcro. That center attachment also separates the left side from the right. You can make a full-length section by moving the velcro attachment. Pretty versatile.

can i use the inner bag and still put in a 17” long item?

Picture is WRONG... There is not an inner bag. Ok nstead they must have changed the design.. instead there are separate fabric panels that you have to figure out how to Velcro together. also, the shoulder strap design changed and has no where to easily attach to the bag.

Come with car wheels?

No wheels, no. It’s got a strap to carry it. And it’s not particularly heavy, even when loaded with cables.

Perfect size for my cables

Perfect size for my cables and pretty heavy duty.. my only complaint is the inside compartment zippers on lid are both broken already .. I only kept an IPad and charger on them so now they fallour when you open main top compartment. I would recommend a more heavy duty zipper ..

Ugh .. Inner Dividers Detach Easily

This is an amended review now having used the bag for about 6 gigs. The internal velcro dividers pull apart when any pressure is added to the internal walls of the bag. This makes the bag messy with cables collapsing onto others . I assume this would happen with any bag that featured detachable dividers. I guess this would not be a problem if you are only using it for a handful of cords - but i have a power supply , along with a snake , and a dozen cords I am trying to manage. Honestly , the bag SHOULD fit these items , but the dividers come apart , leaving yet another mess. The bag has a nice padding element to it - so I may throw my mixer in it . So NOT a waste. BUT ..

Great design and value!

I've been looking for a good bag for my drum mics so I can leave the cables and clips attached. This did the job wonderfully! There are only 2 things I don't love about this bag:• The inside lining isn't secure to the foam, so it pulls around and makes it difficult to get the dividers lined up nicely.• The accessory pockets need a little more depth to store thicker items.Everything else about this bag is great. It was well packed, folded nice so it unfolded without being crumpled up. The bottom plate helps to shape the case and distribute the weight of heavier items. Very well done and the price was great.
