Mahoda ORGANIC Matcha 40g. Mahoda teas are grown in the beautiful remote countryside of the Ujitawara region in Kyoto, where the history of growing tea dates back to over 1,000 years ago. The nutrient rich soil in the green sloping hills, the misty climate, warm days and cool nights provide the perfect climate for tea plants to grow well. Tea produced in the Ujitawara region has a noble colour, deeper taste and aroma than any other tea produced in other regions of Japan.
