Sturdy and non slip
This ramp is a game-changer! Sturdy, reliable, and easy to set up. The fact that it accommodates multiple dogs is a huge plus. Five stars from me!

Safety first for our pup
So initially I really wanted to give this product 5 stars. We love it and it’s amazing. We love how sturdy it is and how easy it was to step up. Now my only issue, and it maybe as a result from human error but we keep this item in our pool 24/7 as we don’t want our pup to have an accident outside. And the only issue is that the paint/ outside coating started to flake and raise up off the board itself. Other than that, we love this product but I would recommend, keeping it out of the sun and maybe only having it in the pool when you’re outside or in the pool with your pup to ensure maximum longevity.

Worst Customer Service & Returns
I ordered this product PetStep for my pool for a large dog. I received the item and my dog was "scared to death from it". I immediately call the company & Amazon. PetStep REFUSED to return FREE of charge postage paid label even though it was advertised with the item on Amazon, which I took a screen shot with my order!!! I & Amazon fought with them for over 2 weeks for them to send the label. In the end, I had to return it to PetStep with their postage paid receipt to FEDEX with a charge to my credit card of $20.30!! NO FREE RETURN! In the end AMAZON applied a credit of those fees back to my Amazon PayPal account for what were to be fully refunded as advertised. Amazon filed emails, filed complaints and escalated the case against PetStep without avail. DO NOT buy from them!!

Good ramp for above ground pools
Bought this an got the longer legs, Which I am glad I did. very easy to put together an with the longer legs it is not very steep . Works great for my 60+lbs German Shepherd

my dog was a little hesitant at first, but now he feels confident and secure with the ramp. He cries til we can get the ramp in place so he can swim! it’s sturdy and lightweight.
