Dracula’s Newest Invention
Let me start by saying that I am almost 50 years old and have been shaving parts of my body for over 35 years. So I’m no stranger to how a razor is supposed to work. I originally ordered this razor for my teenage daughter to ease her into the world of shaving. It is after all marketed as a “safe” razor. She described to me that the razor cut her and I first thought it was because she was an inexperienced shaver. So the next night I change the blade and was going to prove her wrong by using it myself. There are no words that can describe how awful this razor was. I cut slabs of skin off of three parts of my legs and I only shaved the bottom half. This was clearly invented by Dracula to try to inflict as much blood loss as possible. I look like I have had intimate relations with wolverine himself. I had to eat a sugary snack right after my shower to help with the dizziness from the blood loss. If this was a review about the effectiveness of a tool to assist with blood loss, I would definitely give it five out of five stars. However, this is supposed to be a safe razor “as is marketed in its material” but I can tell you inequivocally there is nothing safe about this razor except for if it never leaves its packaging. I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did, and try to assume that because it is called to “safe” razor that it is actually in fact, safe….how foolish of me to believe it’s marketing lol. And I hope this company takes this off the shelf, or somehow markets it in a more accurate way to reflect the medieval torture tool, that it turned out to be. Would be good for Halloween…or prison….

The closest shave I have ever had! Oh my god I have been missing out!!!!
The closest shave I have ever had!!!! I cannot believe how easy this was! I watched videos and read the instructions thoroughly! Here was my process:1-wash legs with a anti microbial soap and a wash cloth to exfoliate the skin.2- use a high quality shaving cream (Billie ultra gentle, a little goes a long way)3- as per instructions I shaved with the growth of my hair in small patches. The blade was angled at a 30 degree angle, and I used a feather light touch DO NOT USE ANY PRESSURE like plastic/disposable razors!!!! After each stroke I swished the blade in a bowl of water4- after I removed the bulk of the hair I rinsed to see if I had missed any patches5- reapply the shaving cream6- now going against the grain with the same amount of feather light touch to remove any stubble!7-wash off the shaving cream, dry legs and applied an after shave spray (see photos)8-take apart the blade and dry it fully so it doesn’t rust! Use the provided bag to dispose of razor!9-moisturize moisturize moisturize!!!!It took a minute, but as you can see I had about 5 years worth of leg hair to plow through! I’m really hoping this helps with my eczema issues on my legs and under arms!

Hard to grip
It worked ok but it was hard to grasp the handle. I ended up not using it for fear I would scratch or cut myself.

ok razor, good bang for your buck.
the packaging was pretty cute, the razor itself was a pretty nice color. wish it couldve brought a travel case though. pretty cheap for what it brings though. i will say the photos on the pamphlet were not helpful, specifically the one that tells you that youre doing it wrong. and please for the love of God put on shaving cream.

safe/works properly/no irritation
Okay, so before I bought this item, I was unsure because I saw mixed reviews. But let me just say, I don’t regret buying this! After using regular, multi blade razors, and getting frustrated at the ingrown hairs and growth after a day, I decided to purchase a one blade razor. I heard it helped a lot with ingrown hairs so I bought this one. And it worked! I’m super happy with this product because when I shave, my hair is definitely lighter and grows back in a few days. The other razors I’ve been using caused irritation, dry skin, itching, but this one doesn’t! It’s totally safe to use (as long as you know how to assemble it properly), and very easy. I recommend exfoliating the skin first, shaving and applying moisturizer after. Great use of money!

Honest review of a few months use
I'm gonna start this off by saying I have very sensitive skin. I decided to switch to this one-blade razor to avoid razor burns, ingrown hair, and have a smoother shave. At first, I did notice a difference between this one and a regular plastic razor (the one I previously used had 3 blades, I believe). It does give you a much FASTER shave, and it gives the feeling of a smooth shave at the MOMENT. Later, you'll find out it's damaging your skin (or at least that's my assumption as to why it's made mine so much worse).Does it prevent ingrown hairs? No, and I've used it consistently for 7 months straight.Does it prevent razor burns? No, they've been worse than ever. I've switched the blade out and realized it was not the problem either. Is it dangerous and sharp? Yes and no. It's sharp enough to cut the hair smoothly, but it's not more dangerous than a regular razor. It does leave a burning feeling after shaving, though, which is where I'm assuming the skin damage comes from.^ This is all information based on shaving my LEGS specifically
