Just what my motherboard needed!
Had a broken case fan bracket but with this product I was able to repair my motherboard!

Instructions Sucked, but works great.
But the bracket works great. Do a YouTube search if you are having problems. The screws and brackets came in separate baggies, but they didn't match each other. YouTube and internet searches helped immensely.
