These work well. This is a revised review. First review of 1 star never showed up. I was going to edit it, but can't edit if it doesn't show up. They didn't fit. However I didn't know these are adjustable. If you slightly loosen the wheels, the hex spacer holes are off center. You can turn the hex, made for a wrench, and adjust the cam that is built in and vary the wheel spacing closer or further apart to make them fit. It would be nice if this was in the description of the product.

I haven't used these yet but they appear to be very well made. The anodizing on the aluminum plate is particularly good quality. I've used basically identical gantry plates from OpenBuilds and these are just a nice. Two things to know, because there seems to be some confusion in the comment section: 1. These are intended for use with V-Slot extrusions, NOT plain old extrusions. The wheels are beveled and ride on the beveled edges of the V-Slot. If you try to use it on plain extrusions It will likely be impossible to fit. 2. Two of the wheels have hex-shaped spacers that are used to adjust a cam mechanism to adjust tension. You loosen the screws that hold the wheels on and then rotate the spacer to move the wheel in and out until you take up any play and get the tension where you want it - then tighten the screws back down. There are YouTube videos with instructions.

I gave a poor review earlier but after further investigation I have to note and caution everyone that the extruded aluminum was the issue causing the misalignment. I tested the part on a different 2020 piece from a different supplier and had no alignment problems at all. PROCEED WITH CAUTION but the plates themselves seem to be ok after all.

Used these to make custom drawer slides for my workshop. Worked great. Two of the wheels are on an offset cam nut so you can adjust how tight they are You can’t use regular 2020 T slot. It has to specifically be “v-slot”

I like them, however they are a bit tight on the aluminum extrusion. I loosened according reviewer recommendations (nothing from the supplier). Still a lot more resistant to movement than expected. Easy movement is not a requirement for my application but it may be for some of the "suggested" applications.

Beware! This item fit none of the 2020 or 2040 extrusion pieces I had without modification of the scew holes in the plate. Yes, I am aware that there is adjustability. Even when the eccentric wheel mounts were adjusted outward to their widest point, the spacing between wheels was still too narrow. I verified that the extrusion was properly sized with digital calipers and an old-school steel ruler. The extrusion is fine. The fixed-location screw holes needed to be elongated by at least 1-2mm for the wheels to ride smoothly in the groove. Thank goodness for Dremel tools with a cylindrical rasp bit! Also, a couple of the wheels don't roll smoothly, but I can probably fix that with some mineral oil or silicone grease.

About as close as you'll find to OpenBuilds quality. Easily adjusted to rails and bearings run smooth. For those who are saying these don't work or at least don't fully understand how to use them, check out the examples on the OpenBuilds website or the OpenBuilds YouTube channel. But note, THESE ARE ONLY FOR V-SLOT EXTRUSIONS! They do not work with T-Slot extrusion. If you don't see a smooth bevel on both edges of the channel opening, you've got the wrong channel. These gantries were designed to ride smoothly in that beveled channel and the pieces I received seem to be about as near the quality of the genuine originals as you'll find.
