So let me explain what you actually get. I'm a larger vehicle electrician. I use professional deutsch crimper and crimper a lot for work. I bought this for a quick job on my mom's car for some aftermarket lights. Why your reading this... so you can adjust the depth of the crimp, great. You can get a solid crimp much like the professional crimper. Now here is the down side. The design is clunky. The rachet part of the crimper is no where near smooth. Nothing like the professional grade tool. The rachet part of this tool didn't change for the few crimper I had to do. Now it might change over time. Yet I had to force the crimper open after each crimp. Otherwise it wont be ready for the next crimp. So it doesn't have smooth operation but it will get the job done.

Tool did exactly as required and has been a great asset taking me out of a few fixes now

Excellent product worth the wait

Used this a fair bit at work over the last year for crimping deutsch connector pins, does the job for 1/4 the price of the "proper" deutsch crimpers. Always keep it in my toolbag now for whenever it's needed.
