Great Bag - Perfect Size
This is the perfect bug out bag. It's in between my regular daily bag and my full size backpack. I wanted something that would have a large enough capacity to fit my hammock setup plus still have room for 3 days of emergency food and eventually a small wood burning cook stove and also a few pairs of clothes. It works perfectly. I thought I would have to use my molle water bottle containers but this comes with two water bottle holders one on each side already. It holds my foot and head poles for my hammock perfectly in the side straps, with the bottom ends tucked into the water bottle pocket.Fully loaded, the shoulder straps are comfortable and it sits well on my back and does not seem to slosh around. it has a chest strap but I'm not certain I will use it.I work about 25 miles from my home and have decided I need a "go home" bag or "bug out" bag to carry with me in my car when I go to work and when I'm at home and when I go out to my remote property. In all three circumstances there could be a need in the future to get out of dodge quickly at a moment's notice. This bag will do the trick. It seems well constructed and was a great purchase.

LHI Tactical Backpacks are practical in design and high quality!
Was looking for a large tactical bag, loved the 35L size but very unimpressed with the pocket layout / functionality... decided to stick with LHI when settling on the LHI 45L Military Tactical Backpack; In my opinion this is the best large capacity three day backpack on the market. My claim of best takes into consideration build quality, stitching, material, zippers, pocket layout, and usable capacity - compared to the Himal 40L Military Tactical Backpack and Highland Tactical 38L Foxtrot. Other backpacks reviewed before finally selecting the LHI 45L Tactical Backpack were the DIGBUG 30L Military Tactical Backpack Army 3 Day Assault Pack Bag Rucksack w/Rain Cover, Highland Tactical 34L Major and Highland Tactical 34L Rodger. The LHI 45L Military Tactical Backpack meets all my business and recreation travel needs, perfect carry on for flights, supplying me with room enough and logical pocket layout for 3 days’ worth of personal belongings. Not only is the 45L Military Tactical Backpack perfect for travel but its rugged build also supports my search and rescue field work whether its being used for hauling canine and foresentences equipment through the woods or scuba gear on the boat.

Backpack Lover
I love bags, backpacks mainly, Nearly 40 and I've been wearing them since as far back as I can remember. I prefer utility bags, or military surplus. When I find a good one I stick with it, I buy the same one over and over. Well I needed to upgrade in size so I was in the market. I had bought a couple others that looked a lot like this but were total junk, when it comes to "tactical" backpacks always read every word and examine every photo. There are high end companies where you don't really have to worry if you like it buy it, but for the budget minded, be vigilant. That being said this is a fantastic budget bag. The quality is superior to the last bag I swore by, the waterproofing on the inside of the fabric seems of much better quality than most budget backs and as someone who works outdoors rain or shine, it's water proof, and should last a while with proper care. The fabric thickness is great and seemed rugged enough for everyday moderate rough use. It's super comfy, almost a joy to wear. It hugs you in all the right spots, no pressure points, good weight distribution, I'm 6'1 200 lbs. The straps are quite nice as well, normally with budget bags I replace the straps with some old camel back straps I saved to re-purpose many years ago, I've been using those straps on every bag for years. An easy modification for superior straps. Anywho, I didn't do that with this bag, for one because the straps are nice and comfy, and two the bag is constructed in such a way the transition would have been complicated. So great quality, great material a little stiff when it first arrives but will eventually lossen up a pair of jeans, great water proofing. Space. This bag has one massive compartment with a semi-divider "laptop holder". Now I am used to have another medium compartment and then one smaller one. This has no medium/small compartments. What you have is two over lapping medium sized pockets, enter one from the left the other from the right. At first this threw me off, I've never seen such a setup, but now I am quite fond of it. The style adds a lot of space it seems, all while keeping everything under the main outer shell of the bag. I also love the shape and style of the bag, water runs off, I bike often so wind goes over me easier. Another issue often seen in budget bags is poor quality zippers that snap from regular use right from the get go. This bag seem to have strong zipper, I've had no issues so far. Also came with a sweet Transformers patch. Now onto the gripes. The bag has two side pockets with a strap, I find these very handy and not huge and stupid looking like on some bags. Problem is it is made with the same waterproofed backed fabric as the rest of the bag, and the pockets have no flaps or covers, this means the pockets become bowls. It's an easy modification to fix which I will do. Next gripe. The bag comes folded up and packed real nice, which is awesome, something said the crease would go away soon with regular use, the crease has not gone away after lots of use and heavy use. Though it has gotten a little better, the back wants to fold itself. This wouldn't be an issue for me except the way the top straps are attached to the bag is to close to the zipper so when the bag is trying to fold over and your trying to unzip it you snag the base of the straps, this requires you to hold the bag up with one hand and unzip with the other, or hang it over a chair. Essentially it just makes the bag a hassle to get into.Suggested Improvements1. Cupped Side Pocket Flaps, not simply strips of cloth thrown on.2. Move the top Y strap up away from the zipper as far as you can3. Laptop divider should be higher, at least half way.4. Change the layout of the front pockets so one is entered from the top and one from one of the sides. Have the top entered pocket be larger.5. Throw a pen holder in there somewhere would ya.

Quality Made! A Great Value For Your Money!
I was impressed when I got this backpack at the quality in which it was made. It looks very durable and looks great. It is also very comfortable to wear, with lots of ways to adjust it. You can expand it or snug it up depending what you have inside. The side pockets can also be adjusted to expand or snug up. It is not too big or small and even has room for a notebook or iPad. I'm very glad I picked this one.

Durable, comfortable, and outstanding
I use this pack as my assault pack for the infantry unit I’m assigned and besides the patch that came with it, I have no complaints! I would recommend ask what kind of patch to send with the pack or no patchThis pack is beyond useful! It carried all my books, running shoes, laptop, PT clothes, boots, uniform, etc!All I ask would be keep the same size but have a zipper style release that would allow about 3” inch expansion for more carrying space.

Rucksack

Not as tough as it should be. Edit; all good (see below!)
Good adjustable balance, good amount of space but it just can't take a load. Stitching on the strap is coming apart already. I have no doubt this would be fine as a lunchbox but if you need a reliable workhorse it's not this oneEdit; Supplier reached out and offered refund or replacement and was most charming and apologetic. I requested replacement as I like the design and a replacement was sent with haste (few days) The replacement is working well with no issues, I have even overloaded a few times and no rips or tears anywhere. This has withstood a few 3 mile walks in the dark and even with me falling over on harsh rocky ground the pack has performed admirably. I have left my first review to show that they made good on what was. Upgraded to 5*. If you want to buy, do so with confidence, they will see you right 👍

Stupendo, estremamente capiente e tante cinghie!
