Q: Would this be compatible with a DeWalt mitre saw, or would I require additional adapter connectors?

My mate uses DeWalt power tools and his don’t fit.

Q: Can this be used with concrete sanding, or plaster sanding etc. with very fine dust?

If you do little job from time to time then yes. Please have in mind that this is not rated vac. For proper protection you will need class M vac or get yourself face mask with proper filter for this kind of job. I used this for some filler sanding and unfortunately microparticles go through the filter as the exhaust was covered in white dust. I menaged to install festool ctl 1micron dust bag and it's better now.

Q: Will this suck up water residue from flooded cellar

Hello, Thank you for the query. As mentioned in previous replies the AdvancedVac 20 can be used as a wet vacuum however it only has a 13.5l container volume when working with fluids which will likely need emptying a number of times if you are trying to vacuum a flooded room or area. As such you may be better served opting for a larger capacity option such as our GAS 55 option which almost triples this capacity at 40l albeit at a significantly higher price.
