I’m really impressed with the Amazon Echo Pop! For such a compact speaker, the sound is clear, balanced, and surprisingly powerful. Setup was quick and easy, and both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work seamlessly. Alexa responds fast and makes everyday tasks simple — from playing music to setting timers and controlling smart home devices. The charcoal color looks sleek and fits perfectly in any room. Great sound, smart features, and an excellent value. Highly recommend

I originally wanted an alarm clock that I put far away from my bed so I have to get up to turn off. But this seemed a better value for money than an alarm clock. I never used these sort of things before so I wasn't sure if I will use it for anything else other than wake me up in the morning hence I didn't go with the more expensive devices. Its smaller than I thought I will be but I'm not complaining. Set up was perry much plug and play. I would say that amber light also means notifications. On the instructions it says its struggling to connect to Wi-Fi. The sound is powerful and sounds ok but it won't beat my cinema system on sound quality which I use to listen to my music. Compared to how small the device is, I have to give it to it, its better than I was expecting. I like that i can set a routine for the morning. I don't have to get out of bed to turn it off but it annoys me enough (in a good way) to get up and get going anyways.

Nice and light weight unit, easy to use and if you follow the instructions, easy to set up. I love that this syncs with my Audible account so I can listen to books at night. It does not have a screen, but the contols are set along the top edge and easy to grope for in the night – if you remember which is which. Asking Alexa to "Do Not Disturb" switches off those pesky flashing settings that will occur at random times and illuminate you room when you least want it. No batteries needed. The sound quality was excellent; I use mine for radio and, as mentioned, Audible books and operating lights that are synced to my iPhone. Linking my radio was quite easy too. Check online for ways and means and you wont go far wrong. I dont have to app but I believe that will help things. It does what I need, generally when I need (sometimes does not understand a question). No privacy concerns as, lets face it, everyone can listen in to everything these days, including on your phone and online. If worried don't buy, or if you do, delete the data it has periodically and or set the settings so it does not retain use data.

Sound quality is excellent for a small device. Setting it up was easy. Lots of fun features to play around with. The size makes it easy to find a space for it, but the power cable is short which does limit choices (in my house at least, due to socket spacing and room layout). It feels like I need to raise my voice to get a response more than I did with my old Echo dot. It could just be where I've placed it.

I'm very happy with this product the voice control is spot on and it's excellent quality, it's small but the sound quality is amazing when listening to my favorite music and it's also very handy at waking me up in the morning with a weather report for the day, well worth buying and excellent value for money and I highly recommend it here 10/10

I haven't used Alexa devices before so can't compare to others. I've also not used it much or done anything particularly interesting with it. Just your basic timers, turning lights on and off and listening to music. But so far I will say that sound quality and comprehension/ responsiveness do seem better than what I'd say is the equivalent Google device. I also don't think Google lets you see your timers in the app and is harder to make named timers with so that's nice too. It's also nice that it remembers where you are with music even after a long time. And it seems to understand Spotify playlists better than Google. It was easy to link up with Govee. I'm not sure it's understanding the snapshots that have been set up in the Govee app but haven't tested that too much. Might have just been that it needed longer to sync up or something. I like that you can just say "five minutes" and it will set a timer. I do wish you could say "thank you" to dismiss timers cos I'm used to that and now I feel mean just saying "stop". And some devices can measure temperature which I don't think Google (the ones I have at least) can. The pop can't detect temperature itself, but it will tell you the temperature from other devices that can (like the echo). So far I prefer Alexa to Google largely because it seems more responsive and I've that my Google devices are getting worse and worse at responding to commands. I'm actually surprised by the amount of functionality that the Echo and the Pop have in common. If you're not sure about the price difference then I'd say the Echo is a good option to go for if you don't have other speakers and care about sound quality, if you want that portable battery pack or to check the temperature. But I don't think you'd be missing out on too much with just the Pop. At least not for basic usage. It's also more compact which could be good for various spaces.

This is a great little sounding unit that sits neatly on any desk or table. It does not have a screen but makes up for that in the tone and quality of the sound. Music plays both loudly and with good bass tones and the spoken word is sharp. The unit itself is great quality and the face is a nice matt finish cloth design. More than happy to recommend this little gem of a unit.
