Can these be used for haggis?

No, you would not want to use this for haggis. That is what I bought it for, and it is much too small in diameter.

can these be boiled? what size sausage filling tube works with this?

Yes, they can be boiled. I use my largest tube, 40mm. I would say you could use up to a 50mm, but as i don't like issues when I'm trying to stay in the zone, I'll stick with my 40.

I received mine, the package was leaking and smelled like rotted meat, is that normal?

I would think not. Contact the company.
