First, I absolutely love Femissy's packaging! It is inviting and soothing with their blend of subtle and pops of bright colors. The positive messaging encourages me to feel better and take care of myself. These pads are designed for all skin types and did not irritate my skin. While I did not need to, the heat level can be adjusted with the temperature sticker. The level of heat that I felt was what I believe would be good for a mild, light flow. Now, I do have Endometriosis, so I would not be able to use these without medication during a heavier cycle. They do make some for heavier flow though, so I may give those a try. However, for someone looking for a natural, medicine free, herbal approach, then I recommend giving these a try.They are made well with all natural herbs with the pads. They heat up immediately upon application, which can give immediate relief. My only suggestion is perhaps a bit more flexibility in the pad for women that have belly overhang. The pad is a good size but does not fold with the crease. I have not cycled for a while due to medication, but I may still wear it for a long time to see how long relief is provided. Aside from that, these are great quality and worth the value.

I absolutely love the packaging it come in and its small enough to store easily in my bathroom. I love that it has 10 packs in the box and that they have light flow ones or heavy flow ones. I love that they are all natural materials! The best part is they work wonderfully! They relieve cramps using natural substances intead of taking meds.

These are pretty good! I wouldn't say they're the best heat-wise, but they're made with all-natural ingredients, so that makes it way more positive. Can be used all day, unlike others.

Having endometriosis it’s best to keep period products that help with period cramps, and these work! Took a four hour road trip on my period, and had minimal discomfort.

This product has burned my daughter's pelvic area (stomach) badly. Despite putting creams for burned skin is not improving nor going away. I would not recommend anyone to purchase. I purchased because the ones I always got my daughter are no longer available. Will not buy this product ever again.

I love this product. It has good adhesive making it durable for longer use. The heating pad doesn’t get too hot so it’s not like burning you. There’s no odor or anything and was very comfortable and convenient to use. I do with the heating pad got a little hotter but for long term use it’s perfect.

Loved these they definitely help with lower abdominal pain. But the stuff gets hard after a long time wearing them which can be uncomfortable but you can move it with your hands and make it smooth again. Its a great product I would buy them again for sure.

This product smells HORRIBLE!! it gets away a little of the pain but it barely sticks on. i dont recommend.
