Herbal Heat Patches for Menstrual Cramps, Low-Normal Flow, 8-Hour, 10 Pack

First, I absolutely love Femissy's packaging! It is inviting and soothing with their blend of subtle and pops of bright colors. The positive messaging encourages me to feel better and take care of myself. These pads are designed for all skin types and did not irritate my skin. While I did not need to, the heat level can be adjusted with the temperature sticker. The level of heat that I felt was what I believe would be good for a mild, light flow. Now, I do have Endometriosis, so I would not be able to use these without medication during a heavier cycle. They do make some for heavier flow though, so I may give those a try. However, for someone looking for a natural, medicine free, herbal approach, then I recommend giving these a try. They are made well with all natural herbs with the pads. They heat up immediately upon application, which can give immediate relief. My only suggestion is perhaps a bit more flexibility in the pad for women that have belly overhang. The pad is a good size but does not fold with the crease. I have not cycled for a while due to medication, but I may still wear it for a long time to see how long relief is provided. Aside from that, these are great quality and worth the value.

This is a perfect discrete patch I can wear for all day relief (unlike my old microwavable heating pad!) I was looking for something that offered more natural relief with herbs and essential oils, so this one caught my eye. I also like that you can order different patches based on the strength of the flow, I’ll be ordering the stronger patch to try for next month. Highly recommend!

This is probably the best heat patch that I ever used. I especially like that it’s safe on the skin, especially if you wear low rise underwear. A lot of other patches can burn skin, and thus, can only be used on high waisted underwear.

These heating patches are a game-changer! I can't recommend these heating patches enough. I never thought I'd find a product that actually worked for my cramps. They're very easy to apply, long-lasting, great on-the-go and make a real difference in managing period pain. I also appreciate the use of natural ingredients like herbs and essential oils. Overall, a great product for managing menstrual cramps.

Definitely really helpful, just too pricey for me to buy all the time.

This product smells HORRIBLE!! it gets away a little of the pain but it barely sticks on. i dont recommend.

I suffer moderate menstrual cramps every month and do not like to take a lot of pain relievers.Using heat is a great alternative and feels wonderful and does an excellent job at relaxing the uterine spasms which is what causes cramping.I like that these are individually wrapped and convenient to use.I just happened to be on my period when I got these and I have to say they work very well.Once opened the patch heated up very quickly.This also has an herbal mixture in the patch for added pain relief which I think is awesome and unique.There was a bit of a strong smell at first which is to be expected from the herbs but it dissipated fairly quickly. In addition to the heat soothing my cramps I noticed I felt more calm and relaxed from the herbs.Anything put on the skin is absorbed through the blood stream and I could feel it almost immediately. This is an excellent product that I would definitely get again.You get 10 in a pack which to me is well worth the price for effective pain relief.
