Thumping is gone
Pipe thump is gone , easy to install and and change out when needed , have had no issues with these and they seem to last longer then some other brands

These work great.
Put these on a new line to a sink and it has noticeably impacted the dishwasher and clothes washing machine. The washing machine is on a different run 40ft or more away. So these definitely work.

I installed these last week. It did help some but it did not eliminate all the air hammer.
