I have issues sleeping. These have helped me get to bed earlier and really help with my overthinking and anxiety. Highly recommend for anyone with issues sleeping. It’s not hard to wake up the next morning. When I was taking melatonin I struggled to get up the next morning and felt groggy.

Helps with sleep works great

These work! They help me relax easier before bed, I get better sleep and I wake up ready for the day instead of feeling groggy. They also help make me harder when taken regularly but that’s just a bonus for my wife.

Wrong type of magnesium! I was sick for days and had no idea .... magnesium citrate is a laxative and I was nauseous as well!

So far they do work. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because a few capsules were open.
