Q: How hot is the black truffle?

Obviously, "hot" is somewhat subjective, but I would put this on par with or just slightly hotter than sriracha, if that helps. I wouldn't eat it straight from the jar, but the flavour definitely comes through more than the burn. It's outstanding, and so versatile!
