Neat 3B Action Cream - Anti Chafe Balm & Antiperspirant for Chub Rub, Sweat Rash, Sweating - Unscented Anti Chafing Chamois Cream - 75 Grams

I don’t know how it works but it does! I usually use a lanolin and lidocaine cream that works but you get a lot less for your money than this cream. It’s non greasy and works very well on both sore skin and as a pre-treatment to stop chafing. I’d go as far as to say this is the best I’ve found for day-long protection without the need to reapply. I’m very impressed!

This cream is brilliant! The irritated bits caused by my bra after exercising and rubbing in front of my armpit from my swimming costume have completely vanished. It's expensive, but a tiny bit goes a long way. It's pleasant to use and very effective. The only thing I've found odd is that it leaves a bit of a residue after showering, like your hand sticking slightly when using the soap. I've tried washing it twice, using washing up liquid! and using lotion to completely remove it, but nothing so far has worked. However, it's so good I've bought more and given it to others.

This is great for any sweat rash or irritated skin. I have terrible allergies but can tolerate this with no problems and it heals the skin up with constant use. It’s small but a little really does go a long way.

This is the best chaffing cream and I have bought it year after year. But Not this year the price has tripled in 7 months. Will not buy again unless the prices comes down.

Was a bit doubtful of this - nothing had ever kept my sweat rashes at bay for more than half a day before - usually I’m using barrier creams that stain clothes and smell a bit weird. But I decided to try this as the other solutions weren’t working well at all. I had a bad sweat rash that came up right under my belly. Raw weeping painful skin that just kept returning because I spend a lot of time sitting down. It was often itchy too which was uncomfortable. Within two days of using this, that rash was already almost healed away and within five it was gone completely never to return. Since then, I apply this after a wash, bath or shower to prevent the rash returning - and it never had since. The area doesn’t even get red or itchy like it used to any more. I forget there was ever any irritation there. You forget it’s there. The cream feels a little thick but a little goes a long way, Pea sized amount, spread between fingers then spread across the affected areas (keep spreading, it takes a bit of work to distribute) and that’s all you need to do. No unpleasant smells to it, however the cream doesn’t set or dry out which some might find a bit weird to get used to. It’s clearly some type of barrier cream that leaves a moist layer on the skin and protects it from chafing or sweat from causing a reaction. Surprisingly although the cream stays moist, it doesn’t itch or feel irritating, and unlike using talcum powder, your skin won’t become dry, flaky and there’s no mess of powder to clean up from floors or get off of clothes. Doesn’t seem to stain clothes either. One application can last days (I found this out when I had a back injury and was bed bound for four days). The fact the application gives long lasting relief makes me think that at home carers or care staff in retirement homes may want to look at this for patients with limited mobility who suffer sweat rashes. My guess, it’s probably also going to prevent rashes from using incontinence products - might be worth a try if nothing else works. Honestly didn’t expect anything like this to ever work but it’s a amazing. Highly recommend. Made such a big difference to my issues, I’m so much more comfortable now.

Works perfectly

I love wearing dresses and skirts but never really could because of chafing between my thighs. I first bought the cream when I traveled abroad and was so happy that it's really working. On a hot day with lots of sweating I need to reapply it a second time after a few hours. Or after swimming. But that's it. No more chafing. After returning home from traveling I decided to order another one for my mother from Amazon and she's really happy with it as well. The price is okay I guess. It's not the cheapest but since it's the first thing that ever worked for me I'm willing to pay it.

No tenía muchas esperanzas, pero sin duda funciona muy bien. Cada 2 por 3 se me enrojecida la psrte de debajo del pecho, o incluso entre las ingles. Mucha gente me decía que era de sobrepeso, y bueno, vale, puede ser, pero conocía a otras personas con más sobrepeso que yo, que no les pasaba. Así que me puse a indigar, y encontré esta crema. Es cierto que es cara, pero cunde mucho!

Disperata ho cercato e trovato qui su Amazon un gel da utilizzare sul viso che non mi fa più sudare come un fabbro e questa cremina qui, stessa marca. Questa cremina qui è una meraviglia, amore al primo utilizzo: doccia, quantità che si "sente" da come assorbe la pelle massaggiata, resto della "manutenzione" post doccia, pigiama, dormire. La mattina dopo stranamente non avevo fastidi, dopo un paio di giorni ho quasi dimenticato la sofferenza di prima. Prestata a mamma che l'ha messa nella zona alta delle cosce che sfregano e si irritano, oltretutto aveva già messo la sua crema qualche ora prima, risultato ottimo: ha indossato una gonna e nonostante il caldo niente rossore e niente irritazione. In breve: pelle delicata che si irrita? Acquistate questa!>
