A GAME CHANGER IN DOG TOYS
I have 2 greatdanes who are a bit on the anxious side and I have been trying to use bones and treats to keep them occupied to avoid barking and nerotic behavior. With the dog treats and bones the inherent flaw was the in the fact no matter how it is advertised as long lasting my big guys would prove that false. I would also only be able to give a limited amount or they would get sick, so when I found this toy I was hopeful but also skeptical given that product guarantees seemed to not be applicable to my great danes. When I first gave them these toys filled with peanut butter it was quickly relized that omg this does seem to be a great way to provide them nutrients and fun ingredients all the while providing there natural enemies (the mail man and cats) free of very scary house shaking barks when they would approach the door. I do not normally leave reviews but I felt compelled to provide insight into my experience with pupsicles by woof please get one and see what I am talking about your dogs will love it. Also it is super fun to find different fun filling options for them.

Like unto the Holy Grail of food toys. [I recommend buying the separate treat mold, too.]
So far, I have no complaints. I can see that this toy might not work well for some combinations of dogs and people, but for my two current dogs (blue heeler and small terrier), this thing, plus the treat mold, is GREAT! I love that the dogs get it more or less fully emptied, and it is washable. I love that I can pre-prepare a whole bunch of frozen fillings by using the treat mold (sold separately). Yes, I agree that this is a very expensive item, especially if you buy the treat mold along with the toy. I bought two toys at a very reduced price on Prime day, also bought the treat mold at full price, and consider the combined purchase a great value at this cost. The current price (for the toy) is comparable to the cost of an extra-large Toppl, and I've seen it at a price similar to the current cost of a large Toppl. I checked the current price of the XXL "extreme" Kong I needed to use for one dog, and the current price on a different web site is almost the same as the Woof Pupsicle. To answer questions and issues I've seen mentioned... * My terrier weighs 16 pounds and uses the large toy with no problem. Possibly it is minimally less thoroughly cleaned out, but I'm not positive about that. My only warning would be that you ought to keep track of calories and/or what you put in it because you could potentially give a small dog way too many empty calories from "junk food." * The toy is still usable without the treat mold. Just fill up the solid half of the toy and stick it in the freezer overnight, same as you would do with a Kong, except it takes up less space. * Do introduce it properly, by initially giving it with NON-frozen and sticky food in it. An even more slow, careful, step-wise introduction may be necessary if your dog is a destructo-dog. * The terrier takes about 20 minutes to empty it of frozen canned dog food. That's non-trivial, and I'm not sure why people are complaining. The heeler takes less time (maybe 15 minutes?), but it's still an amount of time that is helpful for me, and this licking activity seems to be especially calming for her (as compared to using the food puzzle toys with kibble). * It initially was extremely difficult to open and close the thing. I was best able to do it with a "light" touch, not pulling and making sure not to press the two surfaces together. After not very long, it became much easier. I didn't need to use oil. If you have trouble getting it closed, it became a lot easier after the solid part was frozen (while the vented part stayed at room temperature). * I agree with others that a larger version might be nice, but a larger version might make dogs more likely to destroy the toy in place of emptying it by focused licking. * I'm not sure that any of these toys are truly indestructible. People are mentioning Kongs. Well, my Kongs have required periodic replacement. They have tooth marks and eventually get "modified" to where pieces might get torn off and consumed. For one dog, I had to upgrade to the XXL-size Extreme (black) version, and she also put tooth marks in that. I own a fortune's worth of Kongs, Toppls, and a couple similar food toys, and they all have their issues. They have holes in them that allow liquid to immediately come out (before freezing occurs). They are bulky and use up a lot of space in the freezer, and the unusual shapes make them non-stackable. For me, Kong toys are time-consuming to fill and difficult to clean. My dogs couldn't get the very end cleaned out without throwing the Kong around (making a big mess), and even then it wasn't fully clean. Some did end up with mold in that part of them. [It looks like new inventions, like plugs (or something like that), may solve some of the problems; I didn't have those.] I mention the other toys only to say that this unique brilliant toy has seeming solved all those problems, and my dogs truly LOVE this toy as well. Be assured, I will update this review if anything changes.

Easy to use lickable treat toys
The dogs love these lickable treat toys. The puppy never manages to finish hers, and my adult cocker finishes it too quickly - it keeps them busy for a bit, though, so it is helpful for me and fun for them. Easy to use - but expensive treats; however, they do give recipes to make your own if you buy the treat mold and want to do that - or just want to slather peanut butter and treats inside. So far they have fared well, and I do put them in my dishwasher, but my dishwasher does not use heat to dry.

PLEASE HELP with a BIG problem using these dispensers
Ok - here’s the thing - I own five of these in various sizes. I even have one for heavy chewers. My dogs LOVE these, BUT there is a BIG problem that almost makes this whole system unusable. It is nearly impossible to unscrew these at times. I have tried EVERYTHING. I use oil to lubricate the threads and I’ve used various types of grippers to unscrew them, but there have been times I haven’t been able to open even ONE of the five dispensers that I own. I have SOOOOOOO much product to use up - bags and bags of powder to make my own in the freezer trays, 4 feeezer trays, two mixing bottles, and lots and lots of the ready-to-use pops. I have tried every flavor and my dogs REALLY love these, but I have to be able to open two of the five at the same time in order to use them bc I have two dogs and cannot give out just one at a time or there would be problems between the dogs. I have two of the XL size and since they were so difficult to unscrew (especially the black one for heavy chewers), Sinai bought three in a smaller size (large) hoping that I’d be able to open two of the three at the same time…no such luck. It’s so frustrating that it has actually brought me to tears at times. I’ve used all Kind of products to try and open these dispensers…various types of liquid soap, various oils and non-stick sprays, different temperatures of water - I’ve tried putting them in the freezer to see if they would shrink and that would help, I’ve put them in the sun to see if that would soften them and make them easier to open, I’ve used various tools to try to open them in different ways - it’s been absolutely MADDENING to use these - especially since I have so much product to use up (the pops and mixes). I cannot just give my dogs on the the pops without putting it in a dispenser bc if seems like a choking risk, and I don’t want to just waste all of the pops and mixes. I haven’t been able to get ANY of the dispensers open for at least a month. They’re all sitting by my kitchen sink and I try working with them whenever I am feeling patient, but currently all FIVE are stuck closed and unusable. It’s a GREAT idea and works to keep my dogs busy and occupied and they LOVE them, but that doesn’t do me much good if I am unable to open them. Every time I use them, I lubricate the threads with some sort of dog-safe oil, and I try to reopen them as soon as the dogs are finished, but for some reason, I haven’t found a way to make this system work. PLEASE SHARE YOUR WORK-AROUNDS OR SOLUTION IDEAS WITH ME! I really want to use these now and into the future, and I’ve invested literally HUNDREDS of dollars into this system as it’s the best thing I’ve found in over 20 years of dog ownership to give my dogs to satisfy their need to chew. And the dental powder really helps with their breath and (hopefully) their overall dental health as well. I am picky about ingredients I give my dogs and also hate how expensive most dogs chews are (like dental bones and bulky sticks) and how QUICKLY my dogs gobble them up. This product is affordable for me, has ingredients I feel good about, lasts a long time (even with my one super chewer), and engages their mind to help keep boredom at bay. But I am currently completely unable to use any of the five dispensers I have purchased. I have to admit that I am very tempted to buy 2 more of each size (XL & L) just to be able to use up some of the products I already have…I know that they will each work at least once, but probably a few times, but I hate to have to do that so I am BEGGING for a solution I haven’t already thought of trying. THANKS SO MUCH!

🐾 The Only Enrichment Toy That Actually Outlasted Our Aggressive Chewer
Found this through a Facebook ad and honestly went in skeptical, but it's solved a real problem for us. Our first dog used to blow through sniff mats and puzzle toys in minutes as a pup, which meant constant restocking and not much actual mental tiring. This toy changed that completely. Depending on how we fill and freeze it, it keeps him occupied for 45 to 60 minutes, sometimes longer. By the time he's done, he's genuinely worn out, which is exactly what you want from an enrichment toy. He also gets visibly excited the second he sees it come out, so it's clearly a toy he actually enjoys working for, not just tolerates. The biggest win for us is durability. Our dog is an aggressive chewer who destroys most toys in 15 minutes flat, but this one lasted a full year before we had to replace it. That's an insane lifespan compared to basically everything else we've tried. Cleanup is easy too, no sticky residue or hassle after use. Excellent pick if you have a puppy or high energy dog who burns through enrichment toys fast, or an aggressive chewer who destroys everything. Worth every penny for the mental tiring alone, and the durability makes it a great long term value even with heavy daily use.

Great Enrichment. Very Hard for Humans to open, too, though.
This is a great enrichment treat dispenser for my dog. It causes her humans stress, though. It is SO hard to unscrew. We've used coconut oil which helps a little. Lately, my husband figured out if he put it on the ground and rolled it under his foot, he could loosen it up. Hopefully, that continues to work.

Better than Kong
My dog’s new favorite toy! When I read how Kongs harbor mold despite washing, I trashed ours and searched for a new toy. This pupsicle is fun and long-lasting. I switch up the filling each time from frozen treats, to peanut butter, to dog cookies. The pupsicle ice cube tray allows you to freeze different things like pumpkin, or yogurt, etc. Get creative! Your dog will thank you. Dishwasher safe. Easy peasy.

Not perfect but I keep buying them as they do the trick!
Of all the treat toys I’ve tried, this one succeeds the best to calm my dog when I leave for a few hours, and it takes him the longest time to consume the food I make for him ~ usually a mix of cooked chicken, PB, pumpkin purée, and whatever else I have ~ like blueberries or leftover veggies. I bought the mold to form these balls. I started with the dark green medium ball, but eventually I could not unscrew it. Then I tried the light blue one and that worked well for about a year with the application of olive oil to help unscrew later for washing. Eventually it too became impossible to unscrew. As unfortunate as this is, I still keep buying them because they accomplish exactly what I need by providing a delicious award for the otherwise unlikable departure of my dog’s human.

A total game changer for big dogs
The Pupsicle XL has officially earned a permanent spot in our home. With multiple large dogs who love to chew, play, and test the limits of every toy, finding something that’s durable, safe, and actually keeps them busy has always been a challenge. This one delivers… and then some. What I love most is how clean and low‑mess it is. No sticky floors, no crumbs everywhere, no weird residue. Just pure, focused enrichment. My dogs stay engaged for a solid 20+ minutes, which is practically a miracle in our house. It’s sturdy, weighty, and feels like it was designed by someone who actually understands how powerful chewers behave. The unscrew-to-open design is brilliant. I can clean it easily, refill it quickly, and reuse it endlessly. It’s one of those rare pet products that feels thoughtfully engineered instead of gimmicky. If you have a dog over 85 lbs… especially one with energy, smarts, or a tendency to get bored …this toy is worth every penny. It’s safe, durable, and genuinely enriching. My crew absolutely loves it, and I love the peace and quiet it brings. A true win for big‑dog households.

Great to keep dog busy.
Great product. Just make sure to take it off them when they are done. Making your own refills is cheap however the bought refills are expensive. Licking is very soothing and relaxing for dogs. We have been using ours a lot recently, as my dog is on strict toileting walks after an injury.
