This is the best toy I have purchased for my dog. He plays with this for about an hour each time I add one of the pupsicles in it. He loves the taste of the treats. I have purchased a variety of pupsicles, and he has liked each one. I highly recommend this toy and these treats, they will keep your dogs happy and occupied for quite some time.

This is as much about customer service as it is about the product. My dog loves the toy - the treats are kind of spendy, so I bought the silicone mold to make my own and it works like a charm. The toy holds up to her strong chewing (76 lb Weimaraner) and my only complaint has been that over time, even with consistent cleaning and use of some olive oil around the threads, it has gotten harder and harder to open after use.Today I contacted the company and asked for more suggestions. I have been using a locking wrench at my sink to open it, and that stopped working. And they are replacing the item. Standing behind the product. All I can ask for.Keeps my dog happy, occupied, the toy itself is heavy/strong enough to last and yet soft enough not to damage her teeth. I am very happy with this product. Given the company's response to my problem opening it, ZERO negative.

This is the only toy that outlasts my dog in a play session! She is a Labrador who is way too smart for her own good!! She will end a play session with pupsicle still left in there. They last longer than she has focus for. Which is amazing. She usually plays with enrichment toys or tuff chews like petsafe ring insert toys. This way right up her alley, and unlike the petsafe toys, this one has a tray sold here on Amazon that lets you make your own pupsicle refills, which I and my dog love as a feature too. My favorite feature though? Easy to CLEAN 🫧. Opens right up. Dishwasher safe and tested by me :)

My dog LOVES this. Keeps him busy for a long time. The product is durable. The downfall here is getting it open is a struggle. The more time goes on, the harder it is. Although a great product, this issue alone will prevent me from purchasing again unless the company fixes this problem.

My dog loves this toy. I freeze the treats, and she has almost an hour of entertainment. The reason I gave it three stars is that it stiffens over time to the point that it no longer can be opened. I bought a second one because my dog and I love it, but it is not "long lasting." Expect to replace it every year or so; I decided it was worth it to do so. (And I did go to their website for tips on how to open it once it gets stiff, and tried those tips, but they did not work.) With this new one, I am not closing it after it's been washed and not closing it all the way when I give it to my dog, in the hope that it will last longer.

Great toy and great customer service. Our Goldens love the three balls we bought. We bought premade treats and we made a few from home recipes. The balls keep our pups occupied for at least 20 minutes per treat. At seven months old each, I need the break. During treat time unfortunately, our female stole her brother’s ball and decided to chew a little harder than was probably necessary on the ball top. Our boys, who are rough chewers, did not damage theirs. We contacted Woof directly, through email on a holiday; 4th of July. They immediately answered the email. After providing documentation, they sent us a new ball. We definitely will be buying from.Woof again.

I am so disappointed - I bought four of these for my four dogs - as well as the molds and mixes - well the one for the “extreme” chewer lasted 2 hours - my dog has already bitten through it- and one of my other dogs have torn theirs apart too! The mix that you make treats with - I was so excited about - I was really looking forward to them being entertained while I work at least for 20 minutes- well the mix that makes the treats that you freeze was so easy to make - but the dogs were done with treats in less than 5 minutes - and then I woke up to three of the four of my dogs sick - and while I can’t be 100% sure that was cause - that was the only thing new they were exposed to- I have a bernedoodle- a cavapoo and two dachshunds and my experience has been the same! I spent a lot money on these treats- molds- and popsicles for them to basically not be able to be used but once- and I am afraid to try the other mixes I bought bc the one that was for sensitive tummies made them sick -

This is a great product and I love how easy it is to make treats and fill. My only issue is that one of my dogs (yellow lab) is able to open it every single time by chewing over the spot where the threads are. It will just pop open. Doesn't matter how tight I try to lock it down. Fortunately, it still keeps him occupied for a good amount of time before he opens it and he hasn't broken any parts off. I am able to keep using it.
