I am really impressed so far with this mouthguard. I needed it to prevent grinding teeth, mouth tissue damage and waking with headaches, classic Bruxism symptoms. The guard was easy to mould (followed the QR code link for a video) and seemed to fit well. These are for a small mouth which works for me. At nighttime I felt it was really comfortable, you just wear one guard (from the pack of 4), on the upper teeth. I slept really well and definitely felt the relief from not clenching my teeth. Highly recommended for a low cost option rather than have your dentist custom make one.

I have fibromyalgia and have recently been diagnosed with TMJ as well. Have worn a mouth guard on my upper teeth to protect against grinding for years. Thought perhaps wearing a guard on my lower teeth would help with tension whilst I slept. Spoke to dentist but they didn’t feel it was a good idea. I saw these and given the low cost, decided it was worth the gamble. I found it was easy to mould the guard following the instructions. The only issue I had was that the guard was quite deep and pressed into my gums. I managed to trim it down, which was not easy. I thought it might affect the fit but luckily not. have only been using for a short while but am already feeling the benefits. I still have tension, but is not as bad. I’m also waking up with fewer and milder headaches. Definitely recommended trying by anyone experiencing similar problems especially give low cost

Beware -do not buy this!!! Absolute waste of time. I've tried to mould two of the four in this pack now and they just become baggy (even though I ordered size small) and do not fit snuggly around your teeth. The area that your teeth goes into is far too wide, I can fit my thumb in there (see video). And the material they've used is far too soft even before putting into hot water. Then after it's warmed and relaxed it's even worse. Total waste of money. Do not buy! Waste of time, even if you try and push it closer to your teeth whilst mouldable, it just rattles around afterwards. I followed the instructions to the letter, twice. Useless! Can't give it 0 stars, sadly.

I’ve been dealing with teeth grinding and clenching at night for a while, and this kit really made a difference. I struggled to fit these and wasted two. I seem to have fiddled too much and then pressed my teeth so they went through the material. It’s soft, not hard as expected. I then got a fairly loose fit and it triggered my gag reflex, but once it’s in my mouth at night, it’s actually ok. It stays there and I have peace of mind that my teeth won’t get damaged. So I guess I’ll keep using this. I had a hard custom made mouth guard but sadly it went in the toilet by mistake when I tossed out some cleaning product. That was basically £1000 down the drain..! I’m undecided as to whether I will get another one when I have some money. I’ll have to see how long this type of solution lasts. I have a small mouth and the size is fine.

So we had an issue with the sizing of the guard. Purchased a small as was for very average size female adult. However the guard was far too big and definitely would not stay in place. The instructions were clear and after placing in hot water did mould to the shape of your teeth. As mentioned it was just a sizing issue. It does come with a case to store the guard in and four guards. Used two to see if we could get to fit but no chance so was a waste of money. As an adult male I gave it a try and found the small far too big.

I used the product to make mouthguards for my lower teeth when I had upper lip surgery. It was easy to do, and the product fit my mouth which is small (I only have 13 teeth on my lower jaw). This helped to sleep without grinding my teeth when I normally use upper mouth guards because my upper lip had stitches that couldn't be disturbed.

Second Update: I have changed my review to 5 starts. First of all, customer service was 5 stars alone. Second of all, my bite or something must have changed. I have used small in this brand before and it worked perfectly. This time however it did not. I was the offered by the seller a free box of my choosing so I picked the variety pack. I tried the large and it works perfect! Don’t think because you’re a small person you need the small. I am only a 5ft 3in female and the large works great! Update: I changed my review to 3 stars as the seller reached out and offered a full refund(which I had obtained already via Amazon) and when they saw that they then offered to even send me another set of guards to try again at no cost seeing as I may have fit them wrong or something. I will update if my opinion changes after receiving the new pack. Original review: Did not work at all. I loved and raved about this product recently. I wore down the old ones and repurchased and these are not the same. They don’t work at all. I even threw one away thinking I molded it wrong and did another and it still isn’t working and I’m grinding bad. I tried to return and it says it isn’t eligible for a return and now I’m stuck with guards that don’t even work. Terrible customer support.

This is very easy to set up and use. It's more of a silicone material mouth gaurd, which is a lot better than the cheap plastic mouth guards. The only con, it is slightly bulky.

Generally, this product is what it says it is. I ordered the size small women’s and it’s still quite thick. In fact I think I will be trimming it because it hangs over the ends of my molars and under my tongue in a weird way. (Gag) The box said it included two cases and four mouth guards, however, mine only had one case, two mouth guards, So only half of what was supposed to be in the box. I waited too long to open this and create the fit, (you put it in boiling water) so my return window has expired. Otherwise, I probably would’ve returned this.

So I had not used one for months and then I learned that I can buy one like this here. It comes with 4 and it is super affordable. My dentist even told me to keep using this, don't need anything more expensive or fancy. And the best part for me is that I could mold it for my bottom teeth instead of the top. I am mid an implant process so this was great for now, and when I get the whole thing completed, I will make a new one. For now I have been using it for over 3 months and it is holding perfectly. I wish I found this years ago!
