Admittedly I bought this as a garden hat. I didn't like the frumpy look of most garden hats, so I purchased this one. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed the difference between cheap hats, and this one. The quality is top notch based on first appearance. I ordered the larger size, even though my measurements actually could have fit the smaller size. This hat is true to the advertised measurements. Luckily I can tighten the hat, and it fits perfectly. Overall I really like it. I imagine it will block the sun based on the tight knit of the material. If it proves to be terrible, I will update this review. I definitely recommend this hat.

The beige hat in the picture on their listing shows a white ribbon, but the hat I received had a ribbon the same color as the hat (see my picture). I would prefer a white ribbon, and they should ship what is pictured.Otherwise, these hat is great quality, the size expected, and fit well. The quality is there, but you can’t necessarily count on getting what you think you ordered in terms of color.

I was pleasantly surprised with the lovely quality of this hat! You never know how the quality is on an Amazon purchase especially for $25! This hat feels “high end”. I just needed a sun hat that I can pack for a trip to Mexico, something that I wouldn’t be terribly sad if it got ruined or list on my trip. Now, I’m not so sure I wanna being this hat…it’s too nice! 😂

I wanted a hat for laying out in yard or beach that really covered. It’s too big for me personally to just wear around town, but love the coverage otherwise. Adjustable sizing is good.

I never owned a hat like this before, but with an upcoming trip to Punta Cana, I knew I needed something to protect my face/neck from the sun. This hat was perfect! It rolled up fairly small for packing purposes, fit my head very well, and I didn't get burnt at ALL on my face (I used sunscreen too). I don't think I'll ever go to the beach without this hat again! It was also very breathable and my head didn't get hot at all. I love it!

I wanted a large hat to protect my face and shoulders at the beach and this hat does just that. It rolls up nicely for traveling adds a nice shape to the brim after being rolled up. After laying flat for a day, the brim also goes back to being flat again

I have so many hats but this has has it all. The weave of the hat gives complete coverage from the sun. Too many sun hats have loose weave and less protection. The stap keeps the hat in place when it's Wendy. Love this hat

Pro: just large enough to fit my head with the volume of crochet loc extensions. Though I could use a bit larger this was enough. It's stylish and comes with folding instructions. Packing it away away is simpleCons: my hair frequently gets caught in the clips for the straps and the clips come loose easily from the hat when I take it off

I really struggle to find a nice sun hat! I’ve searched every market and Greek/Italian/Spanish/Croatian market and beachside store in a quest to find something more stylish than a large bucket to fit without success. Until now! I let out a whoop of joy when it arrived and it fits. Granted it’s a bit snug but as it’s quite nice quality I would think it will stretch a bit with wear. Just need a pair of sunnies and my cozzie and I’m set for this years holibobs 😉

Really nice hat! Comes with plastic support for base and is slightly folded at edges but this can be resolved with a bit of steam. The ribbon is easily removed if you want to swap it out for another color but it will leave glue marks that don't come off, so removing the ribbon entirely or swapping for a thinner one won't work.

I was looking for a wide brim hat to shade my face from hot sun. I bought size L as I have a big head, was afraid smaller size would be tight and look smaller . And there is an adjustable cord that helps regulate comfort and tightness. Another good thing is a removable, adjustable chin strap for windy days. Glad the hat has arrived in a big box properly packaged with a plastic part inside the hat which I am going to keep for proper storage. The hat is well made.

needed a sun hat for holiday, fed up of not being able to squeeze my nogin in all the nice hats in shopping centres and feeling like a freak so measured my head and found this beaut!! my head measured 61cm round and this hat is a decent (bit snug but I can cope with it) fit. it's pretty and came with a dome inside to stop it getting flat so I think it's actually worth the money if you struggle with a big bonce!
