Great bulbs, totally worth the money!
No clue why you can't find these in the big box stores, then again I have no clue who the a$$hole was who made these candelabra base bulbs. If you know, PM me their address. These LED's are freaking fantastic. I could light a fart and get better lighting out of the 4 frosted incandescent bulbs that came with my fan. Now I can actually see my bed posts before I drunkenly kick them with my feet, instead of it being a total mystery. Highly recommended!

CAUTION! Can be a hazard.
I am a licensed Master Electrician. For my home. I purchased a four pack in January 2021. Eights months later. (1) Started flickering. It was so hot to the touch it would seriously burn your fingers. It took the bulb 5 minutes to cool down in direct A/C. These bulbs can be very dangerous. 2.) Also, I noticed they dim with time. I question the legitimacy of the U.L. rating.

Finally bright enough!
I've had a light-fixture near the front door with a really thick glass-cup that drowns out any light coming from whatever bulbs I put in there. Every time someone comes to the front door, it seems like we were inviting them into a dungeon, but these bulbs have finally solved that issue. They are super bright! You can see the difference in my photos! The first shot is with the lights off. The second (middle) one was taken with the old bulbs which were 40W equivalent and 300 lumens @ 2700K. And obviously the third photo is the one with these LED bulbs. The difference is hard to capture on camera, but the entrance hall doesn't look dark and yellow anymore, and if you look closely at the photos, you can see that the light tone given off by these bulbs is very similar to the tone of the daytime light coming through the glass.I don't know why it's so hard to find good bright bulbs with the candelabra base. I guess with regular incandescents there is only so much Wattage you can have. But these LEDs, are plenty bright and pull just 12 Watts which just adds to the goodness.A couple of additional points: 1) I like the cooling fins under the bulbs. That leads me to believe they won't have any over-heating issues. 2) The bulbs are a bit longer/taller than regular candelabra bulbs. If you need them to be in any kind of enclosure, please check your clearance.

Good light bulbs
Good light bulbs. Like other LED light bulbs that claim to be 100-watt equivalent these are more like 75-80 watt. This is a limitation of the LED technology so I am not going to knock these light bulbs for that. The color is accurate as it is truly "warm white". I had originally purchased the "Bogao" similar bulbs but returned them because the light color was actually more towards "daylight" in my opinion. They light on those was very white. These emit a very nice warm light. These are able to be "shortened" by unscrewing the plastic dome. I put these in a Hunter fan with three bulbs. My fan has a "bowl" diffusing the light rather than individual sockets that can shine directly on the room. The tips of the bulbs touch the glass bowl but the bowl fits normally. However you can unscrew the plastic part and make them shorter if you need to. I had 100-watt CFL bulbs on this fan and the room was very bright with the CFLs so I am basing my judgement of the light output off that. These are dimmer but they fit better in the bowl than the over-sized CFLs I had in there. I had to move the bowl down to accommodate the large CFLs and it made the fan look funny. With these bulbs the fan looks normal and I get a decent amount of light in the room.

Hazard! Do not buy
I bought 4-bulb pack in October last year. The first day I replaced the old lights I was very happy! These new were so bright! However, right from day one they were flickering if dimmed, so I was basically only using them for full “on”.In less than I week I started smelling very alarming weird stench. Sadly, the source was one of the bulbs:It was burning hot to the touch and…. Sort of wet is it was emitting something liquid.I was really scared: this all was right over my bed!! So, I replaced all these bulbs (all super hot to the touch) with old traditional bulbs. It took couple of days to rid of the acrid smell…Do not buy it!

Great upgrade!
I don't understand why manufacturers of ceiling fans have gone and so big for these idiotic candelabra bulbs but their wattage is low and the amount of light that comes off it is very pathetic. These replacement bulbs give a lot more light and make it fabulous upgrade to what is otherwise a useless light kit.

Bulb not working within 3 years of moderate use
I bought these 3 years ago for an area which is used only a few hours a day. At that rate these LEDs are supposed to last 10+ years. However, not even 3 years into the purchase and one the bulb is not working. There is a dim flicker when turned on. Contacted the seller and no response probably because after the 2 year warranty you are on your own. I saw a 6 pack of similar bulbs at Cosco for half the price which are working great.
