The post sales support is worst
The current situation is highly unsatisfactory, and the post-sales support has been inadequate, with no effective channels for resolution. I would strongly advise against utilizing any Godrej services, including Godrej Interio and other divisions, as they consistently fail to meet acceptable standards. The equipment has ceased to function, and attempts to secure assistance have been unsuccessful.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Support from Godrej! I recently purchased a Godrej vending machine online through Amazon. The product arrived in perfect condition and was easy to set up. There was a minor issue initially, but I was truly impressed by Godrej’s customer support. As soon as I reached out, they responded promptly and sent a technician right away. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to experience such responsive and efficient service these days. Hats off to the Godrej team for standing by their product and delivering excellent after-sales service. Highly recommended!

Careless handling by the transport department.
Although the product and the seller were both good, there were issues with the transportation. The product arrived with some faults and dents, likely due to careless handling by the transport department. Overall, the product itself is good, which is why I am giving it four stars.
