Specifically, the right earbud completely ceased functioning one day. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested the common fix of rubbing the charging points, which didn't resolve the issue in my case. Now, they seem unable to provide a suitable solution and have directed me to visit a service center. This experience has tested my patience and wasted my time. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing products from this company. TRUKE's customer service is pathetic.

Long term review (more than 6 months): The audio quality is very good and on per with many big budget earbuds. Build quality is okayish, nothing fancy. Battery quality is not good. After 6 months of moderate usage, now the box can't even charge the earbuds fully once. If you're an electronics geek and know how to replace a defective Li-ion battery with a locally purchased one, then by all means, go for it. Otherwise, purchase with a mindset of not using it for more than a year because I'm pretty sure after 1 year the box won't be able to charge the buds at all.

Absolutely worth of money, best performance, good for gaming, using for last one year never got any issue but you may face battery issue it last for 3-4 hourse without case.
