Expected this beast to be louder. Handles what I throw at it no problem.
Be aware Vevor is not the same as this. They're very similar but this one has a larger motor more robust gearing and is actually certified. On the downside if you have a small batch you may need to keep your KitchenAid this doesn't mix small batches well, medium and large batches do amazing. For the pro-thusiast home baker this beats the pants off the Hobart. If you run a restaurant you may want to try this for a few years while saving up for a permanent mixer.

Great mixer!
Love my new mixer!! It handles all the different types of doughs I bake, bagels, sourdough and cookies!! Nothing seems to be too thick for this machine! Wish I would have bought it sooner

Light weight bowl and attachments
This 10-quart mixer seems to be a good fit for my home-based bakery. I was a little surprised by how light the bowl and the attachments are compared to my 7-quart Kitchenaide. I haven't tried to knead bread in this yet, but for cakes and cookie dough, it works well. I'm cautiously optimistic this will hold up to the use I have for it.

Great Mixer
Ended not purchasing from Amazon as they completely destroyed, the first mixer in the shipping process, ended up returning it and getting my money back and buying elsewhere, but trust me, the mixers are worth the money
