Nice upgrade from stock plastic PRV
These were machined well and have a quality feel/look. I recently purchased a dozen ball lock kegs to convert my sour beer program from using glass carboys. I changed all the o-rings and replaced the original PRVs with these. Stainless should be easy to sanitize with boiling water. Also, metal threads should not cross like the plastic threads can when screwing into the keg lid. I ordered spare o-rings from McMaster Carr for future cleaning (Oil-Resistant Buna-N O-Ring; 1/16 Fractional Width, Dash Number 008, ID 3/16", OD 5/16")

Tighter seal than original plastic
I had to get these in a pinch when one of me kegs leaked an entire tank of CO2. I got these in a pinch to repair the old prv on a couple if my existing kegs. With a little teflon tape to ensure a good seal, these have worked flawlessly. The stainless steel construction makes it easier to crank down (not too hard, of course!) on the valves without having to worry about damaging the threads or the seal to the keg lid. Definitely worth the upgrade and its nice to have a couple extra on hand for any future mishaps.

Great replacement for corny keg PRVs. Holds pressure to at least 30 psi, prob more.
Likes- stainless, easy to install and use, holds pressure well. Dislikes- the little rubber seal at the tip comes off easily and could get lost. Be careful with it.

Nice upgrade.
I have many kegs and some have broken pressure relief valves. This was a no brainer. Great quality from Mr. Beer

Will not hold more than 20 PSI!
Purchased these to nitrogenate cold brew at 45 PSI since the ones that came with my keg would only hold 35 PSI. The supplier said these were rated for 70 PSI but they automatically blow off around 20 PSI. Much lower than the plastic ones that I was using.

Good at low pressure, not adequate for higher pressures
Spring not strong enough for forced Carbonation at or near 60 psi. Back to plastic. The spring tension is noticeably higher with the original valve.

Upgraded
Stainless PRV is the way to go. I purchased because I found one of my PRV was leaking. Great value for the price.
