Great Product
I use two different DW detergents. Aspen and Dropps. Both are great. We thought we would have to get a new dishwasher last year because dishes were not coming clean and there was a residue on everything. It tourned out to be a chaneg in Seventh Generation powder. These two products--Aspen and Dropps--saved the day. Dishes are clean and I like the lack of unneccessrily harsh ingredients. Even the packaging is environmentally friendly.

No toxic chemicals!!
I love that I am washing my dishes in the dishwasher without chemicals!!! These are EWG approved and they work! My dishes are clean, they don't smell like chemicals and I feel assured that I am not ingesting toxins from these dishwashing pods. Love them!!

Good product, but high number of broken capsules in one order
The product works well. My only quibble is that there were 6 broken capsules in the second order I received. I'm not sure if the breakage was caused during production or shipping, but I'm not very happy about it, given the high cost of the product.

causing something sticky to accumulate on the drain filter
Initially I rated this 5 stars when I started using it 18 months ago. Unfortunately over time it clogs the washer drain with a grey odorless sticky residue. It feels like the glue on the back of a roll of duct tape. It forms thick films that prevent the washer from draining/cycling properly. You could address the issue by frequently scrubbing that filter, but it's quite difficult to remove because it's sticky like glue. It's nothing like the sort of food residue you'd normally expect to be on the filter.I suspect it's coming from the "Polyvinyl Alcohol Polymer" in the wrappers. The wrappers feel extremely gooey and sticky if you touch them when wet. The material doesn't seem to be toxic, but looking at the uses for it, it does look like it would have the ability to cause exactly this problem.

we adore them
we absolutely adore this dishwasher pods. they don't have any scent, never came broken or opened (probably, it's more the delivery issue hat you might have seen in the previous reviews). they wash well, so 5/5

smashed
Many of the pods were smashed and made a big mess when I opened the package. Also couldn’t use the smashed ones

Good toxic free brand
Good brand. Was sent the wrong product (ordered dish tabs and got these) and was told I could keep this item.

No Residue
I was using dishwasher soap that was leaving a film on my dishes. I have a Bosch dishwasher and I am not a fan of cleaning food from the filter so I always pre-wash to remove food from dishes and pots and pans including silver ware before I place them in the dishwasher. The Cascade Complete dishwasher soap was leaving a film on my dishes and I have a water softener.I switched to Aspen Unscented? no-Parfume Clean Dishwasher Pods and from the very first use I like the results. No film on the dishes or glasses what so ever. I do not use any additional products with the soap.I saw some reviews that mentioned the pods film was not dissolving in the dishwasher but I have not had any problems like that maybe their water is not hot enough to dissolve them. I highly recommend Aspen Clean even though they cost more than what I pickup at the grocery store. Why because I do not want to ingest commercial made substance into my body anymore. I can see the difference on the dishes.
