Update Nov23. 2024 - My fiancé decided for a couple weeks to try “cooking” for the dogs -sweet idea and I thought he was using a base that you add protein too well a week ago I while grooming I noticed differences (small) but the coat was not as luxurious I hopped on Amazon (right BEfFORE the sale (of course ) and two days later it was here along with me doing what I should have done and explaining how to use the supplements. Phew!!!! It has been about a week because we found some left in the bag we thought empty. He already feels not fatter but like his muscles have food now I used the excuse that they have always been on seafood and it has been great (it helps using brands tested and rated by an independent Dog. Journal! But I recommend you give the food a try yourself. We have had them with or without freeze dried raw pieces mixed in which I thought they would like but they prefer the o s without but also with bone broth etc. I will try to post a video later.Well Since adopting my first dog after. college I always researched dog foods using a “dog journal” that doesn’t take advertisements to pay for itself and has sound, verifiable information behind their articles and recommendations. I always use them to guide my food choices for my furry babies and then try to incorporate other articles I have read, new findings to pick the food. Well, my dogs that have gone all lived to be about sixteen despite years of a rough beginning and I really attribute it to feeding the best food I could afford, teeth brushing at least a couple times a week (my Buddy loved pampering my blind boy Joey would graciously forgive me for doing it afterwards.). I have seen some advertisements recently for a dog food containing healthy superfoods like salmon, the mushroom lion’s mane, blueberries and other great ingredients. The price was beyond the scope of what was currently reasonable for me. Enter Stella & Chewy”s new Superfoods with healthy grains and other great additions. I will post the label. To top it off, most of the ingredients are ORGANIC too! Besides avoiding pesticides, insecticides etc. organic products e has shown to be ounce for ounce packed with approximately 40% more nutrients than conventionally grown produce which makes sense because some chemical may allow the produce to grow larger on the same soil…..but it pulls it’s nutrients from the same amount of soil….sometimes less. I will verify the percentages but what I do know is since switching from another great food , their coats are silken and it seems to be giving my Archimedes a bit more pep. None of my collies were really food motivated and would eat would sometimes skip a day or so of eating (it was always available) and then chow. Being an auditor, I, of course, had to research this. This was slightly before fasting became mainstream and sure entit is normal and healthy. They still do this but always seem relieved to see the food with the interspersed nuggets of freeze dried raw fish. Just a note, some people noticed loose stools ….we didn’t do the ease into it by adding new food slowly (because the old food ran out) so if you slowly shift the food you should be good . If it is different for a day or two they should normalize, if not do what is best for your furry one!

These kibble are one of the few my dog will eat. They crunch is good, but not too brittle. A smaller sized kibble. They are fresh and must taste good because my dog devoured them. Smell is like dog food, but not bad. Value for this amount of food via Amazon is great. Better than the big box pet retailer in my area. Clearly labeled ingredients and feeding instructions. Good line of products overall!

My dog goes crazy for this, he can only enjoy fish based proteins now. Now the second time I've purchased a bag. Be warned, it is smelly but for a dog that's a very positive bonus. I love the ingredients in it and feel very comfortable about letting him consume it. My cats also ended up attacking the bag and poking lots of little holes in it, they love the smell and eat these up as treats sometimes. If the quality remains the same I will keep purchasing in the future.

This was to use as a topper for regular feedings, but it doesn’t really have the appeal for my dogs liking. It is a high quality food, a bit pricey, but only worth it if it was being eaten.

My 7-year-old yorkie didn't take to well to this food. He ate but wasn't too enthusiastic about it. My 1-year-old terrier on the other hand loved this food. Aside from that I haven't noticed anything special or major changes like a shinier coat or allergy improvements. I would rate this above average but nothing crazy.

My dogs are 8 & 10 & have been eating Stella & Chewy for the past 6 years… the patties you hydrate… we have ALWAYS wanted to transition to kibble because there breath is unbearable… I decided to try these & they LOVE ❤️ THEM… they have NEVER eaten kibble… I tried 1 bag & just purchased 2 more 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

got this dog food while there was a promo. at the pet store this is usually 100$+, and i got it here for less than 65$. the brand is my dog’s favorite and the promo on it was definitely a great one. my only complaint is that it doesn’t come with the little freeze-dried pieces, my malshi LOVES those. besides that, the value for the money is better than what i got at my local pet store, but since i moved and that store is no longer close, i might just reorder it here in the future ✌🏻
