Love this Pack
Great pack, light weight, doesn't make your back sweat, carries enough stuff for a day hike and duals as a nice travel bag. I used this while traveling in Japan and it worked great holding all my chargers, Ipad Mini (fits perfect in the outermost zip pocket), two travel guides, and two rain jackets in case it rained. Sun-glass pocket on top is also very convenient. Helps you keep track of your sun glasses and protects them during your travels when not in use. Just don't plan on putting a 14-15" laptop in this thing. It's narrow versus your typical "bookbag," but that narrowness makes it easy to stow under aircraft seats and more comfortable to wear.

Great day pack
Great day pack, I have use it for small hikes and I can put a lot of things on it, I usually put my camera (NikonD7100), my rain jacket, and a bunch of stuff like compass, knife, head lamps and more, it contains a net on the back that help avoid to sweat to much when walking, you can use this for biking to, contains a 3 Liter bladder and a light handler, I use it for my climbing gear too, so you can hang your climbing shoes with a carabiner where you are supposed to put your hiking poles.

wish the purple one had been in stock
its a great size for me to take some food when i go hiking and store my sweatshirt when i get hot and I can take enough water for me and my dogs. I ordered an extra 3L bladder and i can't wait for summer to come to try it out, I had 2 of the 2L bladders and in the middle of the summer even hiking in areas that have streams for my dog we went through them before 4 miles was up and the hike was over 5 miles. during the winter months the one 3L bladder is enough for me since there is usually plenty of water in the streams for the dogs especially my dog loves to play in the water and on the ice no matter what the temp is

Good size, comfortable, and useful.
I'm about 5' 6" and around 150 lbs, and this fits me very well. The compartments are conveniently placed and the straps to cinch down the bag help to make it more compact when the space isn't needed. The one gripe I would have about it is that the bag constantly falls over when sat upright due to the design, not a big deal though.I use this as an everyday carry going to work and put the necessities I may need.-Bottle of hair wax-Deodorant-Extra shirt-Extra pair of pants-Extra socks-JacketAnd it isn't too large after filling it with these, just a tad bulky.Greatly used when going to Disneyland, though when you get a thorough security check, there are quite a lot of pockets to go through. Fits with me on all the rides I've been on.

so good. Great range of adjustability to get the fit ...
Bought this pack to use on running commutes to/from work and day-hikes. So far, so good. Great range of adjustability to get the fit just right. Fits snug enough to prevent bouncing, but not tight or uncomfortable anywhere. Weight distribution is excellent. I had the bag full of clothes and the 3L water bladder full for a ~6 mile hike recently. The bag was heavy in my hand but very comfortable on my back. Highly recommend this pack.

Awesome pack!
I wish this pack had the capabilities to fasten things to the outside of this, like small eyelets for passing a small elastic chord through, so I took away a star. I'd like to have only taken away a half, because the pack is really perfect for what it's intended for. It's really great all around. Light, comfortable and very well designed. I really do recommend it. I changed my mind... 5 stars!

The best pack I've ever had
I searched for a backpack that would fit short hikes, nothing too long. A pack that could contain a first aid kit, basic survival equipment and some basic bird-watching equipment.I ordered an L/M sized pack and it fit me perfectly – even though it’s a male’s pack and I’m a female. My height is 1.68m (5.5 feet)All the equipment I wanted, fits in perfectly and there’s still room for more and the large amount doesn’t make the pack feel heavy at all. The weight of this pack is spread throughout your entire upper body, so you don’t feel it weighing down on your back. Even when the hydration pack is full. The only downside is its bright colors, which won’t allow me to camouflage myself when going into nesting areas :)This is, by far, the best pack I’ve ever had

Good Hydration System, Decent Pack
I got this to use on some day hikes around the area to prep for a climb on Kilimanjaro. I am 5 ft 11 inches and found that it was a little uncomfortable on my back. It can be adjusted, but for some reason just never seemed to hit all the contact points and seemed to stress my back. That said, Osprey makes amazing gear and the hydration system works great. Overall, a good pack.
