My doctor recommended this as I was having serious mood swings after ovarian surgery. My cycle and mood was all over the place.This is a miracle! It instantly levels my moods and even gives a nice buzz (so I don’t take it after 3pm to avoid disrupting sleep).I already bought three more bottles to keep on have, and are taking it throughout my cycle whenever I feel a little low. Seriously, the best stuff ever.

Seems to make me less moody but the taste is awful

I’m not sure how I lived without this herbal emotional support tincture. I start using it about a week before and then a few days into my cycle, and I’ve noticed a marked difference in regulation and stability throughout. I also regularly use the Kick-Ass Immune Activator, and haven’t had a cold since I started. Wish Garden is the best!

While this doesn’t make me fully “happy” it certainly take the bitter edge that time of the month! It really works!!

The taste of the spray instantly repels me. That has been impossible for me to get past.

Don’t think this actually does anything but it is nice having something for that time fo the month.

I HAVE to have this the week before my period to make it through. This is the only thing that works for my hormones to balance out.

This PMS support comes in a liquid supplement form and I noticed positive results from first use. The bottle is glass and comes sealed and with a pump dispenser which I prefer over a dropper.I used 8 pumps in some water and the taste was bad, bitter and unpleasant so I’d suggest having some orange juice or chocolate milk handy to mask the taste after if you’re sensitive like me. The ingredients are all natural and the herbs included are known to help support women with their cycle which is awesome. I noticed I was less moody and more calm which is a big improvement.Overall, the taste is not the best but I like the positive effects and that it’s all natural.
