Good product...Got my wife's iron level up & mine too without getting ferritin too high. Unfortunately, a couple bottles had caps stuck together. I was able to pry one set of caps apart after cutting the bottle open; I had to blend the other & make a LF slurry to add to shakes.

Size Matters!
These 1000 mg horse pills measure 1ā x 1/4ā and people say they are easy to swallow? Get real! Anyone want some free horse pills? They will never make it down my throat and Iām afraid to try!
