Just received today and missing post bleach pack in the box, can’t use with out it, waste of money.

Bad servicing
The product should have everything that is supposed to be supplied with it.. The 2 measuring spoons and the post bleach pack are missing.. Now i have to figure a way to sort those out before i get to use it.. So frustrating. Not good service.

Seems like i got a product which has used by someone else.the photo is attached for the reference. I really wish to receive my hard earn money back :-( i also do not recommend this seller. I made a big mistake buying it from thsi seller.

Cream jar was open and damaged.

Only used once and the results are promising. I'll see after a couple more spots discolouring my face. It did not burn or feel uncomfortable in any way while it was on my face.
