What is the weight for this case? It says 3.2oz but that seems unrealistic.

Not sure but it is super light. So much so that, with it on, the difference in weight w/o it is unnoticeable to me.

Where to put the pen? It is the main reason I am looking for a case

There's a pen holder on the side. You can also buy another pen holder if you'd like.
