I love this hand held steamer. Easy to use. Great size for travel. Works great. I stayed in a hotel that had one if these and just had to get one for myself because I loved it. It was really nice to be able to not have wrinkly clothes on my trip.

I love this steamer! Sleek design! Works like a champ! I first used this one at a vacation rental and immediately put one in my Amazon cart! It gets all the wrinkles out so efficiently! Stop looking and buy this one!

The only complaint is that the water reservoir is pretty small and I constantly have to refill it.

I had an important trip coming up and wanted a good steamer to rely on since hotel irons can be hit or miss. I was SO impressed by this steamer! Its much better than other competing brands, and shockingly comfortable to use. The water tank is big enough to steam a blouse or shirt, but not big enough for a dress. No problem for me though, I don't mind refilling it as I go. Highly recommend!

I am so incredibly impressed by this little machine. The thick hem on the 100% cotton (lavender denim) mini skirt that I own always is flipped one way or another via a huge wrinkle, but I was able to smooth it out with this! I really believe that was the ultimate test (for what I need the steamer for) because I was convinced only an iron would take out that giant wrinkle. Nope! Had to go over it several times to get it out, but it didn't take too long and it was super satisfying to see it all flatten out. In the past, I've been a chronic wrinkly-clothes person, not thinking TOO too much of it (a lot of my clothes are stuffed in drawers, albeit folded), but feeling insecure at times when things seemed to be a little *too* wrinkly. As I'm now in my 30s, I all of the sudden find it very important. I think it's quite classy to have nicely pressed/steamed clothes, and I feel more comfortable and fashionable now that I own this and it's even cooler that it takes up very little room and I can bring it with me (to the office, or away at a conference for work, for example), if need be! I take a lot of pride in my how I choose to dress myself and have noticed that wrinkly and creased clothes make me feel off, so this has been the cherry on top to make each outfit look more put together. :) Highly recommend this very easy to use product. I have caught myself with the steam a couple of times, but that's user error. I would not recommend (AT ALL) putting this directly anywhere near your face, but if you happen to catch some steam from afar, it's almost like you're also getting a little face treatment in addition to the clothes steaming!

I really wanted to love this. The Rowenta Pure Pop is stylish, compact, and feels well-built—but after multiple attempts, I have to say the user experience is borderline unusable and downright maddening.The issue isn’t that it never steams. It’s that it steams intermittently, unpredictably, and without any clear signal. You’re left guessing: does the white light mean “ready”? Do you need to press the trigger to initiate the boil? Is the pulsing normal—or a design flaw? No one tells you. Even the manual is vague.As someone with a background in business, UX, and systems thinking, I’m stunned this made it to market. There are no design affordances, no cues, no way to learn the “language” of the device. You basically have to trial-and-error your way through it, and even then, it rarely delivers consistent or useful steam flow. I stood in front of a single sheet for over an hour and couldn't finish even one batch—and yes, I followed all the directions.What’s worse, many reviews led me to believe this was one of the better steamers. Maybe those folks unknowingly stumbled onto the “correct” rhythm, but that’s not good design. That’s luck.Bottom line: if you’re looking for a reliable, intuitive steamer, this isn’t it. It’s the prettiest—and worst-performing—steamer I’ve ever used. I’ll be returning mine and choosing something that respects both form and function.

Love it! It works so fast! One pass and the wrinkles are gone. Worth every penny!

Works well with limited water spirits. However the tank only holds about enough water to steam 1-2 items at a time. It does heat up fast so the size of the whole steamer being smaller than others made up for the short working time.

Never got as far as seeing how this steamer works as it was supplied with a plug that cannot and should not be used in the UK (product designed for 120v only). Very surprised & disappointed to see Amazon selling this in the UK. Am now returning & getting a refund.

It is not working well within 2 months of purchase. No service centre for this model in Riyadh as well. Very bad don’t buy

I liked mine so much I bought some for my grown children. My one son uses his frequently and thinks it’s great for his work uniform and dress shirts. It doesn’t hold a lot of water but very easy to refill and use quickly. Heats up fast.

I’ve never really learned how to iron and when online clothing comes it always has SO MANY wrinkles and they look so bad; this is the solution!! I LOVE THIS THING!! It works perfectly, is easy to use and my clothes look awesome!!The only small negative is that the water canister could be bigger, I steamed 4 shirts and a blazer and had to refill it 3 times, but that’s not a big deal at all, as it’s smaller size will make it great for travelling. If you want a steamer, but this one!

Re-boxed item well working but came with a few tiny scratches. Didn't really look new. Works very well, does a great job, but what is frustrating is how small the water reservoir is. You steam one shirt and half a trouser and it's empty. Size is big, and when you consider its size, including handle, it makes a big chunky item in your suitcase. Some other products (Philips?) have a foldable handle and a bigger reservoir. That would be my other choice, but all in all, a good product that works well.
