Having been in the auto industry, this all sorts of temporary plate holders, but some scratch the car other can cause other problems. With this one, you don’t have to take off the dealerships name tag it just goes and attaches itself to the bolts that are already there are using a strong magnets. Nice for jumping around from different buildings for short distances I never tried it on a long trip. I would bolt down the tag for that. But I really like it’s ease of use and quick ways to put it on.

Honestly I was not expecting to see a quality part and quality packaging this good when I ordered. The magnetic screws are designed really well! Not only does the product work perfect, but included real also this really cool 3D printed box to store bolts in.I have several cars I take to shows and take social media reels of them, this was exactly what I was looking for and can move my show plate around to different vehicles!

I have been a automotive dealer for over 30 years. I have used magnets for dealer plates that always scratch the paint and they are worthless on a corvette or an aluminum trunk lid. I have tried the rubber plate harness that flop all over the bumper scratching it or mounting it on the side of a truck tailgate that has literally smashed the taillights! I have a pick up truck, tow an RV, and also have a hitch mounted bicycle rack for electric bikes. So when I am not towing, I have the Bike rack hooked up all the time. Since the rack blocks the view of my license plate, and got several citations for it, I got a lighted license plate mount for my bike carrier to display my license plate so the police can clearly see it. No more tickets! So when I remove my bike rack, it means changing out the license plate with screws every time. I got these magnetic mount holders instead. Now I just grab the plate, pull it off and move it from the rack to the truck, and back when needed, taking only seconds to swap out the plate.No more screw driver needed, no more wasting time with screws, and eventually stripping out the threads. These magnets are SUPER strong, and even withstand the car wash, which in my opinion is brutal with the spinning brushes. The plate stays mounted. This is a great product if you need it, and is a terrific value for the price. It gets and deserves 5 stars.
