Great for sleeping with bad cold!
I swear by this stuff if I have a full on cold and blocked nose. It helps me sleep at night as it unblocks your nose when you have a heavy cold.

Drops not spray, I got confused too!
It's great stuff and works really well but this item is drops not spray. It's a bit confusing because though it clearly says "drops" in the title, the instructions on the page are for a spray! The spray versions are the same product but much better because they produce a metered dose; with drops you have to tilt your head upside down and it's hard to control the amount. An earlier reviewer had noticed this too, and I hadn't read it. So I'm now going to order the spray version!

Best product for your nose
Got cold/flu? Nose blocked and mouth gets dry, wake up at 3am with a horrendous sore throat…..not any more, muhaha!!!!
