This is a great portable massager, seemed a better size than the others out there and works very well. Being battery operated is convenient and it has easy to use buttons on the massager itself as well as the remote. Voice activated (you can silence voice mode if preferred) which is handy. Multiple modes and heat settings. Great value for money!

Nice and compact design. Very light weight so you don't really feel it on your neck. Have both massage and heating functionality, the latter being very useful as winter is approaching. The massage functionality tenses and relaxes your neck muscle, with the option to do it gently or a more intense mode if you wish. It has over 10 levels (I've only tried up to 12) and has a variety of massage modes. The remote control makes it very easy to operate. Overall quite happy with it and a good addition to the home office while in front of the computer.

I bought this to relax after a work day. This is a good product and is very compact. It has 5 Modes - Auto, Taping, Scrape, Acupuncture or Massage with 16 levels of intensity. The heating function works very well, for me low level is sufficient. The remote with voice feedback makes it very easy to change the modes/intensity. It automatically switches off after 15 minutes.Two things that could be better - option to select duration longer than 15 minutes, and there is no carry bag. I use my old headphone case to store this.Overall a great product! :-)

The heat given off by product is very nice but unfortunately and it’s a huge unfortunately it gives out electric shocks
