What are the dimensions of finished model?

Finished model size is 69 x 72.6 x 34.3 cm.

We have ordered this product recently and we have a faulty battery pack so the lights aren’t working correctly. How can we get a replacement please?

Did you get this sorted? I have half built mine and put the first level of lights on before finding out mine do not work either?

Can you help please ship partly made but lights not working at all even with Brand new batteries should I send whole ship back ?

yes but contact seller, mine work just fine so yours is obviously defective and a key part of this model

Are there any parts of the ship made out of cardboard? Looking to keep in a shed and might get a little damp
