great item... just like new!

I love these things, but the charge port on mine is touchy. If I don't hold it just so, it doesn't charge. Very concerning. Don't even think about charging it while using. Too delicate!That said, the noise cancellation and sound quality are first rate. Battery life is pretty much all day, so I'm still happy with these. The charge port isn't stable...That's the only issue I have.

Item came defective with damaged cable.Realized on very FIRST use that the wire had bad contact with interrupting sound and I had to keep moving the wire to fix the contact. then noticed that the sheath was damaged/cracked at the point of connection btw the wire and the remote, hence the bad contact.Return process also very painful. no return label provided, no seamless experience for return, need to arrange everything by myself.just shipped the product back for return yesterday (from Singapore), cost me 40USD (Amazon only refund up to 20USD if Im not wrong). DHL would have cost me 100USD+...Now praying for the return and refund to eventually be smooth and finalized soon.but conclusion, never again with the Amazon Renewed Store!

I recently purchased the Bose QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones, and they've been a mixed bag. These headphones do a good job at noise cancellation, which is great for my commutes and office environment. The sound quality is also quite good, delivering clear audio across various music genres.However, there are a few downsides. First, because these are renewed, they came with some minor cosmetic blemishes, which I wasn't expecting. Also, the battery life isn't as robust as I hoped, often needing a recharge sooner than anticipated. Lastly, while the noise cancelling is effective, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, creating an odd pressure sensation in the ears.

I am pleasantly surprised how well the unit works.. like new. This is my 3rd set because I need them for live performance as a bass player next to a drummer. The sound cancelling is heaven and Bose has registered this IMPORTANT NOTE: I tried the WIRELESS VERSION and was disappointed to find that THERE IS A SLIGHT DELAY IN THE SIGNAL FORCING ME TO PLAY BEHIND THE BEAT. I hope there will be continued production by BOSE eventually as the wiring does get stressed between the base unit and the ears over a lengthy time and can short out. If BOSE permanently discontinues this I am in trouble.

I had a static noise when ever i plug them in. And when i click clip something the audio sounds terrible.

I was recently looking for wired earbuds for my PC and phone (i sleep with earbuds), and stumbled upon these QC’s. I typically sleep with AirPods Pro Gen 2 but got tired of them falling out my ear at night so went to wired. Overall the sound quality of these are mediocre to good like I said maybe 7/10 audio quality. ANC wise I think it performs well but for sure not as good as apple AirPods Pro gen 2. I own the Bose QC headphones and I would say the audio is a bit muddier and not as crisp. These earbuds are definitely on the higher price side but I do think they sound good. I would say don’t get these as your first option but price to sound ratio is not there.

I am sooo happy to have found a way to replace my favorite BOSE earphones I lost my original old ones on an airplane flight and have searched for a replacement for a long time. Then one day I discovered them (refurbished) on Amazon.com. I ordered them and they are like new. All controls work perfectly. Sound great and came with two adapters for my iPhone & iPad! Gonna buy an extra pair just in case I accidentally lose these too!!
