Appears to be a quality product. It installed very easy and has been working good.

As advertised, pretty smooth and good fit.

So, first off almost every single seller/manufacturer of drawer rails is giving false information. They all rate their lengths in inches, 12", 14", etc, but the actual lengths of the products are in mm. 12" = 300 mm 14" = 350 mm" and so forth. This actually means the rails are around .2-.3 inches smaller than their advertised size. This is actually a good thing for most people, especially those looking for a true full extension drawer. If your drawer is 12" deep exactly (or maybe a fraction less) you need to make sure the rail is not too long that it would overextend the length of the cabinet. By having the rails just slightly shorter than the actual drawer length you will likely not run into this issue. This assumes your drawers are standard lengths. For instance, if your drawer is 13", you likely will need to opt for a 12" rail so that it doesn't stick out past the cabinet! That being said, in the domain of rails, "full extension" means that however long the rail housing is, the rail itself should slide out the same amount. So if you buy a 14" rail (which is really 350mm and thus 13.78") you should expect the full extension of the drawer rail to also be 13.78". In other words, the telescoping part should extend to the full size of the housing. So I purchased Gobrico's 12" "full extension" rails with this in mind. As you can see from the pics they are over 1/2" short. Therefore they are NOT full extension rails. This didn't extend as far as I wanted and most 14" rails extended to far. So I thought "Hey if Gobrico's rails aren't actually full extension, but rather short by 1/2-3/4", then I could actually use their 14" rails and it should be perfect for me!" I was prepared to exchange them and then be able to leave a more positive review, but upon receipt of the 14" rails, guess what? They were full extension! So their 12" rails - not full extension. 14" rails - full extension. Who knows what the others are? Its a gamble! They seem to do whatever suits them and not follow any actual specifications. On top of this, the "soft close" rails are quite difficult to open as other reviewers have noted. The 14" rails I got seemed to be twice as hard to open as the 12". This leads me to believe that their quality control is not very good with such high inconsistencies between lengths and toque required to open.

I needed a space saving solution for a high traffic multiperson desk. put all the keyboards, mice and specialty CAD controllers and flightsticks on them. they are heavy duty and sturdy for precision work. the locking mechanism is also nice and saved our shins. will buy again 10/10

We live on a 2018 Tiffin Allegro RED 33AA RV - Diesel. Some of the ball bearings came out of the tracks in one 30" wide clothes drawer. I decided to replace both tracks on both drawers. Love the new, self-closing tracks, heavy-duty (100 lbs). Better than the locking latches on all the drawers and doors. (I took both off). The ONLY recommendation > replace the screws that came with the tracks with good-quality wood screws. The screws provided with the tracks are made of soft metal and will stip when used with a power driver.
