I ordered these to be delivered overnight because I needed to ice a sprained ankle. They were very cold but still nice and flexible after being in the freezer for a little over an hour. They were a good size, large enough to lay over the top of my ankle and still cover both ankle bones. They were easy to secure with a second Ace bangage. My instructions were to keep the ice on for 20 minutes and these maintined the cold for that long. I am glad I got these to have available for the future. The one use ice packs are fine for my on the go first aid kit but these are great to have around the house.

I ordered several sets of these well-made gel packs to reduce swelling and heat on my horse's fetlock area. The material is heavy duty and reusable while also providing comfort and pain relief. How do I know that? My horse doesn't move around as place it under the leg wrap.However, one of the gel sections had very little gel and returned it without problem. Still rates a five star because the size and weight is perfect to wrap around an area or lay flat.

Good product! I used it after my knee surgery to do 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off for icing - however it was melted by the end of the 20 minutes on. Could be good for lunches as well, I'll try it in August.

I really like the big ice trays. They help on big areas.

Material nice but it sweats a lot. The ability to bend around joints is nice. Stays cold for barely 15 minutes and leaves a wet mess from all the sweating. The more I use it the more frosty it gets and when it melts it is a wet mess. Great for the price point but you get what you pay for: very little.

Holds cold better than some packs.

I have such bad knee pain and swelling from an old injury. It’s so hard to put an ice pack on that area. These packs are great! I keep one in the freezer and the other I use for when I need heat. Never freezes solid so it’s moldable. Fits great on my knee cap.I like the material, soft and easy to clean. I believe you can get a sleeve for it. If so I’d get one but it’s not that necessary due to the material. Just cold on my hand while I hold it in place while sitting and icing. So I use a towel.I would definitely recommend this product.

Works as described. Survived multiple freezings and stayed flexible. Not quit big enough for a large person (I am 6'4 and 300lbs), but I expected that. For extended cooling, get two sets so you can swap them out.
