Useful masking tape for car projects
I've been using the 3M automotive masking tape at work on paint jobs, and it works well. the tape sticks nicely without tearing and peels off cleanly without leaving residue. the moisture resistance is a plus in my garage area. it's handy to have a reliable tape that fits various tasks. the yellow color makes it easy to see during careful painting. overall, it has made my projects easier and cleaner.

Great Automotive Tape
This Automotive Tape worked Great. It adhered very well, but could remove with no Tape marks. Would Recommend Highly

Doesn't stick well, not as expected
I use this for moving for taping fragile items but it doesn't stick well and I don't understand it because this used to be the best tape ever. It doesn't stick to the cardboard either. It is easy to tear and put in place but as far as stickability I would give it a 3 or 4. I don't know if it's because the way Amazon stores their tape supply, but the only thing that really works for me was Scotch BOX IT. And it's not like I live in a high humidity area. I live in Southern California so I don't get it. I bought this from the automotive supply all the time and it's stuck really well but from Amazon most of the tapes don't stick.

Works well
There is a vast difference between this tape and the cheap green tape that sells for half the price. In my auto restoration and painting projects, both tapes have their application. I use this product when a strong line is required, and when maximum adhesion is required so that the tape does not come loose while I'm painting. I use the cheap green stuff to supplement the yellow. The green sticks to paper pretty well but the yellow sticks a whole lot better. Both should be in your toolbox.

Good quality!
Great quality, sticks well, yet easy to adjust if needed without losing its adhesive, it’s holding up in the rain even for an outdoor project. No residue when removing, easy to remove, good price compared to hardware store, and easy to rip so not too thick.
