This is the 2nd electric kettle I purchased. This one is a far cry better than the 1st one, which was a Borosilicate glass from another manufacturer. I found that one to leak from the inside of the pitcher to the hotplate, while the water was cooling inside. I wanted one that also has NO PLASTIC on the inside to avoid microplastic shedding. This Cosori fits the bill!. I love the double wall food grade stainless steel construction and beautiful quality. There is no way this one could leak also. It looks great in the kitchen, heats up rapidly to a perfect temperature. The outside doesn't get hot to the touch. It's great to make a single pour over cup of hot coffee or tea, or just to drink hot water after a meal. It keeps the water hot for quite a long time without needing to reheat. Water tastes good. The only small issue I found is that the stainless steel bottom has marks from the heat coils after using for even a day or so. I found that other units and brands all do this, so I got over it and am enjoying it one cup at a time!!! Update: I was able to diagnose the corrosion on the bottom of the pot. Apparently it is build of of calcium or mineral deposits from my water, even though I am using a home filtered water, even after a few uses. I found that he scale cleaned of easily with application of vinegar and gentle scrubbing with a non abrasive pad. I started using osmotic filtered water from a local source and noticed no new deposits! Pot looks great and works perfect! Upgrading my review to 5 Stars.

This is a fantastic electric kettle and easily one of the best I have used. It boils water very quickly and quietly, which is perfect for everyday use. I really like that there is no plastic on the inside, as it gives peace of mind and there is no plastic taste at all in the water. The stainless steel design looks clean and modern, and it feels very well made. The handle is comfortable to hold, the lid opens smoothly, and pouring is easy without spilling. It also shuts off automatically once the water has boiled, which is great for safety. Overall, this is a high-quality kettle that works exactly as expected. I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-designed electric kettle.

Product works great and is better than radioactively heating my mug of water every few hours in the microwave. Heats within a few short minutes and the water comes out liquid hot magma. Large enough to fill a few medium to large mugs. The only thing I dont like about this product is the lid only opens about 45 degrees, which makes adding water and cleaning the slightest 1st world inconvenience.

Dec 3’19 UPDATE: After no luck reaching out for help with troubleshooting.. I gave up and bought another kettle. But as soon as I did this one started working again. No clue, glitch? I did see the lid separate from the lip of the lid, so when the kettle was boiling it didn’t read the temperature right and boils longer than it’s initial boil time and the steam was stronger and coming out of the gap. It got too hot and popped off? I dont know really. Not brand new, got a used one? There was a chip in the top lid where the lid was so maybe it eventually steamed apart. Maybe it was dropped when packaged? If the reviews are for design and functionality, I’d say this is a good enough kettle. But for lack of customer service, I deducted a star ⭐️. Oct 16’19 UPDATE: the Cosori just stopped working. It worked fine 2 days ago. That’s only 4 months! Of course the window for a return in out. June 2019 - This is my 2nd attempt to owning an electric kettle. 1st order was the Amazon brand which I opened and used as soon as I received it and it failed (leaked) in the spout and handle area. So I immediately researched again, read more of its user reviews.. then went back to my list of 3-4 potentials and chose this newer Cosori. For a person who drinks and makes hot tea daily it’s top priority to have clean boiling water. Would I use a simple glass whistle kettle like I had at first again? Only if I can stop accidentally breaking glass, borosilicate glass or not. I took a photo for comparison in height and design between the Amazon one and this Cosori before I returned the other. This Cosori kettle is a nice kettle. Good light weight for its size. I like the color combo, mostly black and sleek. It boiled right at 6 minutes and then turned off immediately. I was hoping the base could act as a warmer (keep warm) base for the kettle but that probably would require more work in the engineering (R&D) department because the kettle automatically turns off when the kettle has reached the correct boiling point. So I dont know how they could have both functions. Maybe some other brand has it and I missed it. To me what’s important is that it works great! It does what it’s suppose to do and that’s to boil water. Clean up is easy. First 1-2 uses you may find water spots after the water is poured out but from what I read it’s from what’s inside the water we use that gets left behind, like minerals. To rid of it I used 1 part vinegar to two parts water and let it sit for a few hours (because I forget about it) and just normal recommended cleaning. 1:2 part ratio is like 1 cup vinegar and 2 cups of water. I use a bottle brush or a used fabric softener (doesn’t scratch and scrubs very well) and Dawn. I have filled the water tank past recommended up to the two holes line in the spout to test if the boiling water leaks or spits/shoots out boiling water if you pour over the tank’s recommended capacity. Result?! Still good!!!!! Although I can only speak from my testing on my kettle.

Excellent quality, slim look, and easy to use. No plastic inside, and no smell from the first time boiling. Boiling is fast, it takes 5 minutes on the first try. There are screws inside - I will see if they will develop any rusting and give an update. So far it's a good product that's very worth the cost.

I absolutely love this electric kettle. We are trying to move away from plastics in our home and this item has no plastic components that come in contact with the water. The water heats up super fast, like super fast. The design looks modern and sleek, the cord length is good, we use it frequently and love how well it works. My only issue is I wish the lid opened up more to fill it up easier, but other than that I have no complaints. Water comes out tasting great. Definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for something low-Tox

In search of a new kettle, I was wanting to get away from plastic and found this gorgeous kettle with a metal lining and it's beautiful to look at as well. The price was very reasonable. Since it sits on the counter 24/7 I wanted something that wasn't too large and most important that was attractive. This kettle is perfect. You tap the button on top for the lid to lift automatically. There's a fill level inside. There's a lever at the bottom on the base that you flip to boil and I love that it has a blue light when on so you can see if from a distance to know if the kettle is on or not. It has the usual features of auto shut-off and shut-off so it doesn't boil dry. I highly recommend it.

Great kettle! Was looking for a plastic free kettle and based on the positive reviews I decided to try this one. I could not be happier with this purchase. We’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and use it 3-4 times a day and it is working perfectly.

Easy to use and clean. It boils water in about 7 mins. It works perfectly. If you register the product you will have 1 year extended warranty. It means you will have 2 years of warranty. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING. Nice looking kettle, but did not get a chance to use it as it came fitted with a 110v US/North American plug. Why? I bought this on Amazon UK? I really looked forward to using this kettle as it has really good reviews. Alas, not. Returned for a refund.

Cette bouilloire a toutes les qualités: 1) double paroi, 2) l'eau n'a aucun contact avec le plastique puisqu'elle est complètement en acier inoxydable, 3) le couvercle s'ouvre assez pour la nettoyer facilement, 4) elle est belle, 5) elle contient 1, 5 l. 6) son prix est très raisonnable et compétitif. J'ai acheté cette nouvelle bouilloire pour remplacer une bouilloire zwilling (que j'avais depuis plus de 8 ans) qui possédait les mêmes caractéristiques mais que j'avais payé beaucoup plus cher.
