The Perlegear Universal Swivel TV Stand was easy to assemble and instantly improved my entertainment setup. The stand feels very sturdy, securely supports my TV, and the swivel feature makes it easy to adjust the viewing angle from different spots in the room. I also like the height adjustment options, which made it simple to position my TV at the perfect level. The build quality is excellent, and it’s a great solution if you don’t want to mount your TV on the wall. Overall, it’s a reliable, well-designed stand that offers excellent value for the price.

I wanted something sturdy and functional. This is it! Relatively easy to put together. All the parts were well labeled. Instructions were clear and concise and pictures helped a lot, too. To top it all off, it looks even better than I expected.

Got this for a 65" LCD TV and it's a fantastic stand. So nice to be able to swivel the TV and it turns with the lightest touch while staying exactly where you put it. It also looks great, and is so great to be able to put it on furniture that has a small footprint, rather than something that can accommodate the very wide stance that TV feet have today. The stand is also very sturdy and the locks are handy to lock it in place on the frame. Plus if you want to hang it on the wall down the road instead, you can reconfigure it for that purpose. The only issue I had when assembling, is the short 4 screws supplied to attach the plate to the top of the stand. The plate has a bracket that is made to slide on to the top of the stand (over the holes that have a silver ring). So the screws go through the bracket holes and into the stand holes. Only they weren't long enough to be able to reach the threads in the silver-ringed holes. Because those holes (in the top of the stand) have a short neck before the threads start, and the bracket did not hug the top of the stand close enough... so the distance was too far for the very short screws to catch the threads. If I got one side in, I couldn't get the other... and if I put one screw in on one side, I couldn't get a screw in on the other (even without tightening it down). I could have tried taking the bracket off and bending it in some, but aside form it being very thick steel, I did not feel comfortable having those very short screws securing the very part of the stand that was going to be supporting the entire weight of the TV. So used 4 screws of the same size (but longer) that were VESA screws that also came with the kit, that I did not need for my TV, as mine used one of the larger sets. And the VESA screws were handier anyway because they were phillips heads. They are silver instead of black (the designated screws are black to match the stand mast) but you don't see them anyway and I felt much better using those! And since the stand is hollow, the longer length didn't matter, except it' made it super easy to attach the bracket and much more secure IYAM. On this point, in the manual it says (gist) if you want to tilt it and it's not budging, to slightly loosen two of these screws... another reason longer screws are better. (I don't need tilt but mentioned that because it's relevant here.) You don't want to back out a short screw that's only catching a few threads anyway, and potentially have it fall out... but won't have that concern with the longer screws. So I would buy it again in a second (but would personally do the VESA screw swap regardless). But did not take a star off because the stand is so very nice and the screws I needed were included, even if not intended for that purpose. And maybe most brackets hug the mast better so the short screws might work for most people and they won't know the difference.

The unit came well packed in the manufacturer box which was slightly dented in when it arrived. The internals were all safe and sound and in tip-top shape. Instructions were decent, but could have used a slightly larger font - especially for the numbers of the pieces to make it a bit easier to read. It assembled quickly with the included wrenches, but I did use my own screw driver to attach the braces to the back of the TV and the security screws. Overall, it fit my 58" TV perfectly and allows for a very low profile while providing adjustability and flexibility when holding my TV securely in place.

This arrived, packaged well. Item is exactly as illustrated. This kit included screws for every possible TV. One thing I wanted to mention, the screws that are meant to connect the bottom stand to the tall bracket - the screws included and noted in the instructions did not fit. I had to select a different set of screws that were longer - but because they were not sized properly, the screw head sticks out underneath. Before I had placed the pads on, I placed it on my bureau. Sadly, after moving it - I ruined my bureau and put very large tracks into it. Was a very sad moment - but I just didn't realize the issue until it was too late. I will also say that putting it together was a little frustrating - specifically for that one part I just mentioned - it wasn't easy with one person - but other than that, I'd say it's pretty simple to put together. It's heavy duty and seems well made. Oh, one other area of confusion, it comes with safety screws to ensure your TV doesn't fall off, because it's essentially rest on the brackets - opposed to the stand being affixed to the tv via the VESA mount like some others I've used in the past. However; there's no way to install the safety screws - I'm not sure if the intention there is to drill holes into your TV, but I didn't like that. Last thing to note, if you're looking for a lot of swivel - it doesn't swivel much. I had to kitty corner the stand on my bureau to allow me to swivel it at the angle I needed. I also haven't figured out how to adjust it so it can tilt up / down - I'm sure it's pretty easy - but honestly, I don't really need to do it - so no biggie.

This tv stand is great! It is very sturdy and holds my 65in with no problem. Very easy to put together. The swivel feature is fantastic. Do not order the other tv stand with a similar name, it was a nightmare! This one is well worth the money!

I bought this because the legs that came with my 55" TV were spaced so far apart that they wouldn’t fit on the dresser the TV sits on. Rather than replacing the furniture (or wall-mounting the TV), this stand solved the problem perfectly. The build quality really impressed me. The base is heavy and stable, and once everything is assembled the TV feels extremely secure. Nothing about it feels flimsy or cheap, which is sometimes a concern with universal TV stands. The pivot/swivel feature turned out to be a big bonus for my setup. Since the TV sits on a dresser rather than being mounted on the wall, it’s nice to be able to angle it slightly depending on where you’re sitting in the room. Overall this ended up being a much better solution than trying to make the original legs work. If you have a TV whose factory legs are too wide for your furniture, this is a great fix.

Unbelievable low priced for great quality stand! Went together smoothly and instructions and parts labeling is unique! Looks great and strong sturdy tv stand for our 65" (45lbs). Definitely buy again!
