Love this exercise item. My mom needed new exercise equipment and since it stacks you can take apart and slide it under your bed for convenience.

I love the I love the fact that is extensions store underneath for future use. I love the weight capacity, which is great for me, and my rehabilitation on my knees.

Good product however not suitable for bench work.

Actually am using this for an extra step to get int our RV. Had a knee replacement and initial first step is to high and is painful. This step makes it perfect! Also helps with training dogs to go into RV as one is mallet and has shorter legs. Very sturdy plus looks nice. Love it!

I had bought a different one that was unstable and would move during a heavy workout, which would make me trip, it was frustrating. I sent it back.I truly love this step. It is sturdy heavy duty plastic, it doesn't give in the middle and doesn't move it has rubber feet. The extra height are snapped underneath the unit, very stable and doesn't fall apart when you move the step or pick it up. So happy 😀

This product is very sturdy...and is slip proof. I do my workout after work for 20 minutes Monday through Friday and by adding this stepper to my routine, it has made it easy and fun. I'm now more on my feet and off the floor which is SAVING MY BACK!

I have a women's 9.5 foot and sometimes this step just isn't wide enough. If I really get going, toes are over or heels are off and I think it's the cause of my current ankle pain, heel off too many times. Other than that, for smaller feet or possibly people with shorter sides might enjoy this. My fault for not checking the dimensions, I stick with sideways stepping.

My stepper shipped from Canada and arrived no damage. I stepped on it and it worked fine for me in 129 lbs. I have exercise mat below and no movement. If you are heavier, I recommend a block put in middle to hold the weight. hard plastic can still break from weighted pressure.
