The brushes helped me. With most wands that come with mascara, I have a tendency to get the mascara on my eyelid. I seem to have more control over that using these brushes. Using them gives a more understated look, applies less thickly.

The skinny brush does work well but the fatter one is useless. Even so, it's hard to get the mascara where it's needed and it ends up uneven. I would not buy them again.

Like everyone else I saw an ad on IG and decided to try these. The brushes do NOT comb through your lashes as you would expect- they’re not firm enough. Once you add a little mascara they just sort glide over the top of your lashes; doesn’t separate or lengthen the look of your lashes. Kind of a waste of money but stuck with them now. Better to just use the wand that comes with your mascara. These literally do nothing to your lashes….did find them easy to clean.
